Do people in the UK and Europe say "aint"?

I was just wondering does anyone in the UK or Europe say the slang word "aint"?

One would think that some of the US slang in our language has made it across the pond.

Another question would be what slang words do people in the UK, and Europe use?

No, but they call people "wanker" all the time. It's one of my favorites too. It's especially prominent in NZ and AU also.
