Why not go down to your local Walmart, Grocery outlet ; they sell SPAM in little blue and yellow containers, with a picture of canned meat on the front.

Oh, you mean Spam (or spam) since SPAM is a trademarked name of Hormel and they have expressed that users do not use SPAM to distinguish junk email.

And WHY would we? 90% of all spam operations are on isp's outside of this country (China, Korea, trojaned pesonal computers in Argentina, costa Rica, Belize, netherlands and others). where the US has no jurisdiction over.

You know not of what you speak.

well, just by posting your email address publically, you will get a lot of spam. and what's the point really? hotmail has spam filters in place, so any "spam' we send you will probably be dumped anyway. You wont see them.

And those who want to "forward" their spam to someone can do so by email the spam (forward) to the FTC (those who CAN prosecute spammers):

SPAM, Spam or spam, you get my point.

My aim is to shut down the websites that are mentioned in the emails. Rather than try and stop the spammers, it makes a bigger financial hole to the spammer.

You'd be amazed at the incredible amount of SPAM (spam, Spam) that originates in the US. In the last 5 days I reported and "killed" 3 websites hosted by ENOM, Inc. All 3 went into my hotmail account, the way these emails are made and worded, fools the filters very often.

Usually all it takes is an email to the ISP and voila! they are gone.

So, since it takes so little to try and get 'em, I thought I'd recruit people to "feed" emails and get them "killed".

    [/qyote]

If you are a serious "spam" fighter, then youd be using hte CORRECT term, rather than the term that is copyrighted by Hormel.

What part of "YOU can't" do you not understand?
    They move faster than you

they have at least 100,000+ zombied servers and personal computers at their disposal that if one site goes down, they can have their "copy" site up and runing in a matter of hours.

OH please, that's small potatoes compared to what I deal with on daily basis. 3 websites in 5 days? thats hardly an accomplishment. Try shutting down 1000 sites in 5 days. YOUR little 3 sites, are just a speck of dust in the amount of crap and fraud sites on the net.

I get over 1,000,000 pieces of Spam filtered and bounced A DAY. I can either sit and report all million spams or I can simply block, or forward each of those spams to those WHO can and have the power to shut them down. the FTC.

    haha, you're delusional.

    Thats what spam@uce.gov is for.
