Avoid Jess Rae Booth & NorMedex

Jess Rae Booth burned through over $60MM while trying to sell a mineral called Vitrolite, through a company called VitroCo. We helped raise money for this fraud, and when they went public, they pumped and dumped the stock from a dummy shell to $5, and all the inside players made out like bandits. The stock tanked, they never did what they said they would, and all the investors are left holding the bag when the company imploded; they lost their entire investment, some people lost hundreds of thousands of dollars to Jess Rae Booth's lies. That clown Walt Carlson also shows up as CFO. Booth is a looser, a thief, and will raise millions of dollars, then tank this company, like every single company he has tanked. You will never see the books and records, he will claim all these sales are happening or about to happen, and after a few years of the lies, he will move on to his next scam. Do not invest one penny with Jess Rae Booth, Walt Carlson, or NorMedex, because the track record is you will loose your entire investment.

In my opinion, Booth, Kangas, Easterbrook, Yaris, Carlson and the rest of them should all be in the same jail as Madoff. They are all of the same ilk..

everyone at NORMEDEX or PANMEDEX is a complete ripoff.
JESS BOOTH and his great assistant
KARIN PEKARCIK are just a bunch of scammers. Always get your money up front from them when doing business with them. They are both cheats, rip offs and scammers. They are the scum bags of the world.

It is called investing.... if investing in a new company was a for sure thing then everyone would do it. You all are a bunch of babies because Vitroco didn't work out. Again, no one from the company is living the high life now. They all lost a lot of personal money especailly, Jess.

You must work for the company because Booth is a parasitic vampire that sucked dry every company he ever got involved with. Do a background check on him and see how many failed corporations he has been involved with.

He hid the books, made up phone projections, lied about sales, and Vitroco turned into a giant ponzi scheme, paying off the original investors with later investors money while they were lying about all the sales they were gonna have.

Truth is they ignored the dozens of real leads we sent them and they just lived high on the hog. Then the reverse merger put free trading stock that all involved cashed in and made millions.

Jess Booth is a scammer, a fraud, a liar and a cheat. Dig deep the Booth onion and you will see its rotten to the core.

When you invest, there is suppose to be a chance of success. With VitroCo and everything Jess Booth touches, there is no success. He will suck the investors money, bankrupt the company, then go do something else.

Be warned, DO NOT INVEST 1 PENNY WITH JESS BOOTH. He won't give you access to the books, and tell you all the lies you want to hear. I'll always remember Walt Carlson saying something to the effect that it was the investors greed that will allow them to invest in a fraud.
