Studio Traffic Scam came to an END!!!

Studio Traffic ponzi scam came to an end today. Thousands and thousands of members are devastated. I have been warning members here all along about this scam and now it is done robbing thousands of dollars from their members.

There is a crook around here with Id: "Derrik" that has been cheerleading, promoting this scam brainlessly to innocent sheeps. He is a known crook on the internet. If you signed up under him, or even if you didn't, it is time you contact the Australian authorities and the fbi and tell all about him.

He participated in a ton of forums on the internet promoting scams trying to discredit anybody that says anything against those scams. Ok, here is the full name of this SOB (derrik) that is scamming people left and right all over the internet forums out there by referring them to ponzi scams. This SOB referred and participated in PIPs, Studio Traffic and tons of other scams. If he paid taxes on the earnings from those illegal ponzi scams, he laundered the earnings as the earnings are illegal. If he didn't pay taxes on earnings, he is screwed either way. Just taxes will get this crook behind bars.

Wow. Last time I checked, there was nothing illegal about telling someone about something. However, I beleive posting someones personal information and calling them names and accusing them of fraud without proof of any illegal activity is walking a thin line to libelous. I do beleive in helping to alert people about scams and all, but doing so responsibly.

Like it's always been said, "Never invest more than you can afford to lose". Follow this simple rule and no one will ever have a problem with any site closing down.

We've got another loon running around saying that 12DP is dead and has been for months, and somebody claiming that Plexpay is legit, despite the owner being in gaol and the servers confiscated.

I don't think the mods or admins have a chance to check every single thread, but I do know that this has come to be my least reliable source of information concerning the legitimacy of Internet programmes--which is really a shame.

Their live support is down and it is useless to submit a ticket, since the ticket number is always unvalid when you check up the status of ticket. I am not playing any autosurf program any more. **** them off :mad:

You know what's really in danger of being shut down? This forum. That would be sad because there is a lot of good info on here and it does expose real scams. The problem is that admins are allowing libelous and fraudulent lies to persist here. The accusations & allegations have crossed way over the line of legality. We have Ponzi Nemesis or whoever it is impersonating the admin of 12DP, then we have this stuff here. I don't think this thread rises to the level of being illegal, but the ones about 12DP have. There are lines that can be crossed and people have been convicted of crimes for just telling someone something. Charles Manson has sat in prison for over 30 years for the murders of 7 people and he didn't lay a finger on one of them. He was convicted because he incited other people with misleading words to go commit the act. Yet he was found guilty. People here are inciting others to commit illegal acts, and spreading false information that potentially threatens a business. Maybe one or two posts would be Ok, but there has been continual instigation here that incites people to attempt to shut down business and do harm to other people. Do you know people in the U.S. win lawsuits against others who have abused them or caused them loss just by their abusive words. The people here making similar allegations are treading on extremely thin ice when it comes to what is legal.

All I know about the problems at StudioTraffic is this . . . . .

1. I live in the USA
2. My StudioTraffic account is at a measily $190
3. I asked for an Electronic Bank Transfer on the 2nd of November for less than $30
4. My surfing privledges and those of numerous other US members are now suspended for reasons that frankly make no sense to me
5. I have not been paid my EBT, and now I have no idea when I will be paid
6. I can not surf, I can not earn on my account
7. I am not very happy right now
8. I don't know when, if ever, I can surf and earn again
9. I feel very sorry for those who are in this position and need to earn with StudioTraffic in order to pay their way in life
10. I have a bad feeling about this and I am having trouble believing any of the excuses coming from the administrators at ST
11. I won't be all that put out if ST turns out to be a scam and folds, but God help the people who put thousands of dollars into this

I agree with 90% of what you said but I'm not sure about this forum being at risk of being shut down for the reasons you provide. Scam.com is not responsible for users' comments but users themselves. I mean this is an old and rehashed topic.

I don't participate too much in scam.com other than "internet scams" forum here so I don't know about the guy impersonating 12dp admin. The guy impersonating as well as the owners of 12dp should be behind bars.

You know what is truly at risk here? All these cheerleaders promoting those scams. All it takes is a court order to get them in trouble big time. Then comes the problems with the IRS. Why would you want to report a promoter of the site? Why not the people behind Studio Traffic? Chances are, a person who promotes a ponzi strongly will just go on and promote the next one when ST dies (and, it is now in its dying phase). But please, set some legal precedents and report ST itself, if at all.

John had this total BS excuse about why US members weren't receiving payments. An office in the US was shut down (hmm..) so only 2-3 transactions per day could be processed. That is horse manure, considering they have so many staff members that all payments could be processed if they wanted them to be. I know some members who have waited for three weeks after submitting a ticket still with no response. This is obviously no way to treat members, and it seems to me as if this program is on the way down.

One member even admitted to not speak negatively about the program on other forums, even doubt it, in fear of being deleted. Well, "John", you got your wish. You have so many members living in FEAR of you that they'll do whatever you say. Good thinking for a ponzi master.

I've read most of the post on this forum about Studio Traffic. So Check this out, maybe someone can give me an explanation. On the 4th of this month I requested payment for the first time. My account level is 700, I got paid to my studiopay account, no problem. Then, I submitted a question about something I had read on another site about Global Advertising Corporation. ( Owned By Studio Walker and studio traffic. Next morning my surfing capability was blocked. Studio traffic sent a email the jest of which said they were blocking selected members in the United States while testing a new payment system. It was also mentioned that Studiopay had closed 2 offices in the USA

Not all accounts in the US are blocked, only some. My account is working perfectly. It looks like some accounts in the US were receiving double payments from the processor. So they are addressing that issue with the owners of the blocked accounts and then they will be unblocked. And it looks like they want to have everybody unblocked by the end of the coming week.

Hello. I am in the U.S.. I can still surf, but I was not able to withdraw my money and have been waiting for two weeks. And then I sent a ticket and email to them, but got no response at all. I also tried to check the ticket status and the ticket number I got is always invalid and there is always not response on the live person help.

I know some do or plan to do their own taxes next year. I keep track of my earnings.

With egold you would have around $8,550 depending on what exchanger you used.

I don't remember if you can claim earned income credit on home business taxes but on regular jobs where you get no taxes deducted $8,000 is within the earned income range and the IRS will send you around $300 even if you had no taxes taken out of that income! I know, I've had that 3 times when my annual income was between 5,000 - 10,000.

It's not the companies problem if people don't file. In fact 12DP says you are responsible for taxes, and that they do taxes themselves...

Studio Traffic is gone. As I said above the site is live and the messages that you are seeing right now are nothing but lies. November 11th that forum was a caos people even wanting to kill that crook. All that appears to be gone now. Of course they are fishing for new sheeps to get their money!

I have read that forum today and all posts are lies now and double talk. He was saying all the opposite Novemember 11th. Anyway ST is dead. The stole people's money!

Studio Traffic, 12dp's earnings are illegal. It is not different than selling cocaine and filing or not taxes on earnings. Even former IRS workers have testified to that in Talkgold and other forums. Call your tax accountant and tell them that these crooks are paying you 12 % return on your investments a day and they will give you the scare of your life! Tell them that Studio Traffic pays 365% return on your investment and they problably call the fbi on you.

Remember, ignorance of the law it is not a valid defense. It is well known that people that invest in these ponzies like to come up with IRS stories (weird ways to file taxes) because it benefits them, but that doesn't mean it is legal. IRS has the last word!

Participating in ponzies is a federal offense, a crime; therefore, earnings are illegal. Go to fbi.gov and inform yourself. If the law doesn't catch you, the tax man will. They might not get you now but they'll problably get you within 7 years.
