www.basecargo.com is one of fraud companies witch are stilling money from customers,some people are selling sheap Plasma tv when you ask for payment method then they will tell that they are working with:www.basecargo.com to ship your plasma worldwide ,when you write to www.basecargo.com they will tell you that they are third part company asking you to pay them with westernunion to ship Plasma to you then pay the shipper,at last when they get payed never write to you again,never deal with:www.basecargo.com
