Re: Is Jeff Paul Internet Home Business System a Scam?

It's not a scam, but just becareful when buying money making kits from informercials.. The informercial guru's only supply you with an introductory set in the beginning, and then they will try to upsell you with some ridiculous fee later on trying to give you the "complete" mentoring program deal.

Just stay up-to-date with different free newsletters... Go to these sites

marketingtips.com
sitesell.com
scamfreezone.com

They have more information than any infomercial can give you on your online venture.

good luck, hope it helps!

Re: Is Jeff Paul Internet Home Business System a Scam?

I tried Jeff Pauls stuff and it ended up to be a nightmare. I paid $695.00 for 8 books, for resale, but only got 2. I called and complained and sent back the 2 books only to get 2 exact same ones back again. After 3 months of talking to 10 different people about a refund, because they wouldn't send what I had ordered, I called my bank and told them the story. By the next day the bank put the money back in my account and went after the company for their money. I guess a call from the banks fraud department did the trick! In the end, you have to invest $10,000,00 in his books to really make any kind of money. At least, the kind of money he says you can make, and that's in Real Estate. Personally, I don't have that kind of money. They have complaints filed with the BBB too. You can check it out yourself! :(

Re: Is Jeff Paul Internet Home Business System a Scam?

My situation is similar to the one above. You purchase the advertised program then they try to upsell you on a 'special' mentoring program that will allow you to be successful and get to be on tv. -"I thought that's what I just purchased!"

The people on on tv are 'brought' into their system as a way of having real testimonies to bait in the suckers!

The upsell involves asking you how much can you spend... Just like a used car salesman. Anytime someone ask me that, I run out the door.

Jeff Paul makes money by selling b/s information e-books via newspaper and internet ads. The stuff he sells is crap. The information in the pack had b/s info books that I would be ashamed to sell to anyone. I have a conscious that prevents me from ripping people off!

If you want to make money selling something there are two ways:
1) You sell a product or service for a profit -i.e. Direct marketing
2) You market a product or service for someone else and get paid -i.e. Affiliate marketing

Remember what goes around comes around. Scam someone and you will be scammed in return times 10 or more!

Re: Is Jeff Paul Internet Home Business System a Scam?

Jeff Paul's program IS A SCAM!! You order the books (at half the money he would still be making a substantial profit). Anyway, the books are crap. Then they start charging you $29.99 a MONTH  for their auto membership that you get because you ordered the books. What do you get for this membership? I couldn't tell you, I never received a telephone call, email or anything to even indicate that there WAS a membership. That's where they're probably getting a lot of people. How many people do you know that just get their credit card bills and pay them. They don't even review the charges most of the time. Thank God, I DO!!! I watch my credit cards very carefully and I noticed the first charge right away. I called the number on my credit card statement and informed them (Jeff Paul) that I did not order or want a membership to their club and that I wanted a refund of the $29.99 AND that they were NOT authorized to make any further charges to my account. They didn't refund my money and the next month, you guessed it, $29.99 charged by JeffPaul. I sent them an email (which I printed and mailed to my credit card company) tellling them the same thing as my initial phone call and I demanded a response. It took me two days but I finally got through to them on the phone again. Guess what...when I told the customer service rep that I had called last month requesting a refund and telling them not to charge me anymore and that NOW they had charged my AGAIN...she hung up on me! She ACTUALLY HUNG UP on me.
So, I IMMEDIATELY called my credit card company and had my credit card account closed and reopened under a different account number. :p I will also have my credit card company refund the $59.90 to me because I DIDN'T authorize those charges. They are far more capable to fight JeffPaul and win than I am. Seeing as how they have staff attorneys, etc.
