:D ;) Before I met card service int I had A great business, People would purchase on ebay. I mean I would be sleep and they would purchase . All day my phone would ring. I was shipping bikes and My business was growing. man It was good. But Then Came Card service international. They have been A business mans Night mare Real scarry stuff. Like A horror movie. If you Value your business and decide you want to except Credit cards on the web. From My personal experience. They will destroy Your business. I was told Buy there security department That even if I ship out my product I would not get paid. He told me That I would loose My mopeds and My money. They will not stand Behind your business, They will not help protect your assets. They do not have your best intrest in mind. They could Care less about your business. They will give you a merchant aggree ment and Run you out of business. Their only goal is to destroy tha small business man. The Credit Card company allways Contact the buyer to make sure his are her purchase is ligite when they purchase over the internet. So for card service to use That as an exscuse to hold funds is Bull ****. Mercant beware Card service. They will your business in the Ground. After I met Card service
Pike, thank you so much for responding to this
situation. I have been an ebay member for some time
now and this was the first really upsetting experience
I'd had. Now before I start, I would like to state for the
record that Ivan (the seller) has made himself
available for every phone call and email that I have
sent him. That said, I want to explain what happened
tonight (Sunday). Ivan contacted the credit card
company that he takes his payments from customers thru
tonight and had me on conference call with them both.
The c.c. rep stated that Ivan shows a surplus of
23000.00 in his account that is "pending release" back
to the appropriate customers that paid into it.
Apparantly, it is their policy to withhold all
incoming funds on new business accounts "en masse"
until all of the varied card numbers are checked to
make sure they do not come from lost or stolen
accounts. They can withhold funds for up to 180days
until they are all passed thru this investigation
properly. Unfortunately, it looks bad for Ivan because
without the funds being transferred into his bank
account, he cannot ship the cycles and scooters he has
sold and that have been payed for. This c.c. company
has records showing that they received my money on May
17 and are still in the process of checking everything
out. It is this c.c. company that is in default not
Ivan from sportswarehousetoyland (mopedsRus).
Please take this note into consideration when
evaluating his account. He has gone so far as to enter
into ebay notes that he will not accept c.c. payments
any longer and I really think that he has handled
himself as well as possible under the circumstances.
I ask that you accept my plea to remove my negative
feedback for the pinnacle scooter that I didn't get. I
know that when the c.c. company releases my funds back
to me and I mail him a personal check, Ivan will
finalize the sale and shipment of my scooter. In other
words he will be the upright salesman ,that he has
proven to me by his actions , that I know he can be.
Thank You
Kimberly A. Yesh
