Re: ITV ventures
"There products are scams."? Are you serious? Please tell me how mineral-based makeup is a scam? As far as their other products, they offer natural, whole food alternatives to prescription drugs. (And these products work! That's why people stay on them for years. If they didn't work, nobody would stay on them and they would return them for a refund.) In my book, anyone who has the guts to take on the drug industry deserves accolades, not taunts. This is a debt free company that has been around for 7 years and has done over a half billion dollars in sales. They have cracked the code on infomercials and now they are allowing us to be a part of this lucrative business. We can actually take live calls right to our home phone from people watching the infomercials on TV. Show me any network-marketing lead on the world wide web that's hotter than that. I don't care if it's a triple opt-in lead, any smart business person would take a live incoming call over an outbound call any day of the week.
We use the scripts ITV has been using succesfully for years. Just log in and wait for the calls. We also own all of our customers for life, no matter what they buy or when. Think about it. How *****ful is that? This is the last home business anyone will need.

Re: ITV ventures
I watch sometimes ITV infomercials at night when I feel a need for a comedy. They are so ridiculous and scammy. Especially Almighty Cleanse(hilarious), Flex Protex(can they lie more) and Weight Loss Cure(Kevin is master scammer).

I will stand by Boris any day over these folks. Do your research at all times, but be wary. This is a good board and the core group on here are shooting it right down the middle and will keep you out of danger.

Very rewarding, here is an update I recently sent to my ITV Ventures Team:
My Dedication to You
My position has many people anxious to join my team or at least speak with me to get all of their questions answered. Plus, now that the Home Agent Program (answering live incoming calls from infomercials) is in full swing, more and more people are becoming interested and excited. I know you all are and your patience is now being generously rewarded.
Even with that being the case, I am now focusing most of my attention on helping you, my team, quickly build your businesses. (For Example, it is now 2:00am)
I feel this is where my talent lies and it is vital to not only your success but mine as well.
Emails from My Team Members Answering the Live Calls and Succeeding
(Email me for this attachment)
Attached to this update are actual emails I have received from many of you over the last few weeks who are now answering the live infomercial calls. It is so nice to finally have a downline that is succeeding and happy.
Major Media Increase
Look for a major increase in Media starting in the next few weeks. We will be seeing a lot of Flex Protex, Rice n'Shine and very soon Almighty Cleanse Media. Soon, Donald Barrett will begin shooting the NEW Business Opp. Show(s) that will literally drive our businesses for us.
***Everyone who joined before July 6th now has access to the HAP****
If you did not get the email from corporate, call business support right now and ask to get started.
Things We have been Wanting and Asking for are Coming
- Hard Sell Infomercials
- Universal Call Credits
- Interactive Lead Capture Page
- Home Agent Training, college type course
- Biz Op Infomercial with Testimonials: from all walks of life, cowboys, stay at home moms, construction workers, models, corp. executives
- Naked Mineral Infomercial without the Offer
My Private Team Forum
My private team forum is one of the greatest tools we have because it allows you a way to visit with all of my members. It gives you a place to ask questions, learn from other people's questions and share tools and advice. As far as I know, I am the only one in ITV Ventures who offers this tool and those of you who are using it know how vital it is to your success.
Training, Training, Training
I know we have a lot of training calls but please do not let this overwhelm you, just pick one or two a week and soak up all the knowledge you can; now is the time. Remember, IBOs who do not join our ITV Ventures team do not have access to any of these trainings.
Happy Friday and have a great weekend,

Re: ITV ventures
Hi Everyone,
I have been reading these post for several weeks now and decided to become a member so I may join in on the conversations. I am a stay at home dad with 5 children and my family as well as the children run a ITV Ventures business as well. I debated for a long time about joining this site because I new that I would be heavly critizized, but thats all cool as well.
I'd like to say hi to all of you and I look forward to chatting with you weather here or on yahoo messenger. Is everyone ready for christmas. Well my kids are going crazy.
Just to let you know my e-mail means what it says and I came up with this e-mail over eight years ago because I am a very positive person and I wanted others to see that in my address which as a result would motivate them to reach for their dream.
Thanks

Re: ITV ventures
I personally am an ITV Ventures IBO. And I registered specifically to tell you guys that this business is NOT a scam. I made $674.41 over four days of calls last week. The products they sell work for most people...and the natural health products get such a bad, unfair rap because they don't work for everyone...it's the same with prescription drugs as well. People don't blog that celebrex is a scam do they?
But seriously, you are missing out on the opprotuniy of a life time here. It is not a scam. And I am not posting any contact info, so don't delete this post mods.

Re: ITV ventures
I am also an ITV Independent Business Owner. After looking on the internet for about a year I found ITV and joined. The products do work. And the company training and support are exceptional. There is no need to warehouse products and sell them.
If you are lazy and unwilling to do a little work don't bother because this or any other business won't work for you.

Re: ITV ventures
Anyone reading this page must have internet access and if you are even considering spending any money on Anything promoted by Kevin Trudeau or any company associated with him I beg you, please spend some time looking into this man. His wikipedia page is a fine place to start your research.
Donald Barrett, his ITV partner isn't so squeaky clean either.

Re: ITV ventures
I was 99.9 percent turned off to the network marketing spectrum of business until I saw the infomercial. I took two calls LAST NIGHT, and I made $150. at 25 minutes a call, you can make out how much I make an hour nowadays, when a month ago I was about to lose my house.
Also, you have never heard of this business because it's only two years old.
And stop bashing Kevin Trudeau. He's a hero.

Of course they can lie more...seeing as they don't at all.
and sorry for the double post mods...I couldn't let this BS go unanswered.
also...You can't find ANY anti Flex Protex information...which is weird seeing as it has been on the market for 3 years.
Boris...do you believe in ufos too? Because you definately sound that retarded. And, if you were to try to sign up in a few months...I would not let you be in my downline, that is how much I despise you. I really hope people don't listen to you.

Bolding mine.
Beirgo, have you read anything about Kevin that wasn't written by himself or by one of his cronies? I posted a link to his wikipedia article and in case you didn't like that one try THIS one. I can come up with many, many more sites giving fact based criticisms that should make any level headed person run for the hills rather than give that man any money.
But some people are not motivated by facts, they prefer a good sales pitch. If that's you then you found your perfect hero. Anyone or anything that can prove what a fraud he is must be part of some vast conspiracy that only Kevin is smart enough to recognize or brave enough to expose.
I invite you to explain, in your own words, in light of all the many legal actions against this man, why do YOU consider him a hero. I thank you in advance.

Re: ITV ventures
I agree with those who advise to stay away from ITV! I bought Dean Graziosi's Real Estate Millionaire book from them and it wound up costing me $100 when it was all said and done! I could have bought the book at Borders, but went with them only because of the special quick tips pamphlet of added insights that they offered.
When you call to ORDER something, they are VERY accomodating, as they want your money of course. However, I've never dealt with such persistent and pushy people as this! I called to order the book from work during my lunch break and the woman who took my order would NOT STOP blabbing on with more and more offers of other nonsense and trial offers and the like. I tried to be nice several times and stated that all I wanted was the book and that I had to go, without raising my voice or anything and she just moved on to the next in her seemingly incessant list of crap to try and push on me! Finally after about 20 minutes I was stern with her and told her one last time that all I wanted was the book and that if she didn't wrap this up right then and there I'd cancel the order.
So after that part I was more than a bit annoyed with this company; but it was understandable as she was doing her job and trying to milk me for impulse buys. However, everything that happened from that point on was absolutely RIDICULOUS! For starters, before they'll let you off the phone they read off some jargon about what it is you'll be getting and you have to agree to it. This book came with a 14 day "free trial" subscription to some online site that posted listings of foreclosures. The woman read the thing off to me several different times on the phone because I kept saying that all I wanted was the book and the pamphlet of extra tips (I put in a 55 hour work week and do two other jobs on the side for extra cash, I CLEARLY wasn't going to be through the book and ready to buy a house in 14 days!). Finally, after she'd wasted all that time with all of the crap offers and I was adamant about getting off the phone I said fine without even thinking of anything, as I just wanted to be done with it so I could get back to the grind.
I have no IDEA how they managed it, but they sent my book to MY SISTER'S apartment (about an hour away); though I'd obviously never mentioned her or her contact information on the phone. Honestly, I STILL don't even know her address without looking it up, and I was at work and couldn't do that. I also checked with her and verified that she'd never ordered anything from them before, so there's no way she should have been in their system of contacts or anything. So here's the kicker... by the time I even GOT the book 16 days had already elapsed from when I ordered it; and wouldn't you know it I found out that the "free trial" started the day I ORDERED the product, not the day I RECEIVED it!
I'm pretty bad at keeping on top of balancing my check book. I'll write things in as I take money out or put it in, but I have a bad habit of not going through my bank statements as soon as I get them. By the time I'd gotten around to looking through my statements two months had gone by since I'd ordered the book (which is ALREADY overpriced from ITV- cost me $34.90 because of the ridiculous "shipping" they charge, most of which no doubt pays the IDIOT they have trying to scam you on the phone!). Lo and behold, my book and statement didn't match.... $59.98 off. I had been charged a fee of $29.99 for two months worth of a membership to that stupid posting site. Not only did I never use it; I didn't even know what the website was or realize that there was an activation code given to me in fine print at the bottom of the book receipt until I'd called to complain about the b.s. charges! In fact, as I type this I'm looking at the receipt and it doesn't even list the website to go to on there! lol
I called SEVERAL times to try and get my money back. They could easily see that I'd never gone on the site, logged on or anything; plus I had to ask them about the nonsense whereby they sent the thing to my SISTER (which is I'm sure somehow illegal that they sent it to her!) Needless to say, when you're not giving them your money, they are VERY hard to get a hold of! Several times I'd be on the line for 20 minutes or longer before I got a person and then they were never helpful. You get the run around and then someone tells you they'll handle your issue and get back to you after they check records, but weeks go by and you get nothing. Finally after I'd called several MORE times they left me a message stating that I'd "agreed" to the trial membership junk and that they weren't obligated to refund me my money. Yet they didn't address the biggest part of my rationalization for getting my money back: how could I be charged for something that I never even got a chance to look at in the trial period when they'd sent it to the wrong location? They also never touched the question of how they got my sister's info in the first place. When I called back to demand an answer I tried several times and no one picked up in over 40 minutes; so I tried the line to ORDER something and wouldn't you know it?... someone answered on the second ring. I demanded to speak to someone, got held up on the line for another 15 minutes or so and then when I'd pleaded my case a woman told me she'd look into it personally for me and get back to me.... never did. I've got all of the information.. dates, times, names of who I'd spoken to... and am submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Watch out for iTV.. they deliver with their products, but they're overpriced, the "shipping" fees are horrendous and they'll take you for all they can. If you want a book, stick with amazon or go "brick and mortar" and find it at borders or barnes and noble. The iTV folks are a bunch of scammers if I've ever seen them!
Have a nice day everyone... hope that helps save others some cash.

Re: ITV ventures
You guys are impossible...we never sold that book to my knowledge, seeing as we are a health products company...and truthfully I don't care whether you join or not. Enjoy your mediocre, financially insecure lives.
And personally, I get a HUGE buzz off of helping people with their problems by using our products.
Oh, and here is the list of the costs you would have to pay to be in tis business...
$90 a month to hire the B.E.S.T training people, and for other training
A commitment to move $100 worth of products monthly, (whether you buy them yourself, or you sell them to others) You only need to MOVE $100 total monthly to stay commission qualified.
And that's it for the non-Home Agents
Home agents have an extra $90 fee for the use of the live ops server.
And home agents have to pay to get the calls routed to them...and the cost varies according to the product you are selling
^thats it!^

You seem to know as little about your company's product lines as you do about the background of your "hero" Kevin Tredeau. Here is the first google hit returned when searching that book title. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page and read:
"© Copyright 2008 ITV, Inc. All rights reserved."
And why assume that anyone who questions ITV must be poor and unsatisfied? An ad hominem will neither prove your point nor win over the undecideds.
Beirgo, you seem like a bright and motivated person, you're promoting your biz op and selling product, all good things. But please do take some time to learn about the company you work for and maybe decide if you deserve to be working for better one. Good luck either way.

Good luck, I hope the numbers keep improving on their "system" as the company grows. How're those info-mercials going to provide enough sales for the thousands upon thousands of new people being promised the same thing, coming in over the next few years? Are info-mercials really that effective? I don't think so.
The math will catch up to this eventually & their info-mercial "system" is sure to unravel. JMHO
I've also seen the info-mercials, that's a whole other can of worms, medical claims, exaggerations etc...
By the way, Fact, Kevin Trudeau is no hero, he's a liar and an ex-felon.

It's called global expansion.
I'm taking flex protex calls now, so I'm making a little less money. However, with Flex Protex, I get residuals. So in three months, if my customers decide to stay on their product, I make all the money I'm making today.
P.S. You get a hell of a buzz when you sell people our products. At least I do, seeing as I believe they really help the people that I'm talking to.

I'm sorry this all happened to you, however with the home agents, who handle most of the calls now, need excellent customer service in order to keep their customers.
So, I must say that these problems are becoming non-existent...as long as you keep your product consultant's (IBO who you talked to) direct line, and call him/her up instead of the call center customer service.
And again I'm sorry that the bastards in the call center treated you like that...I hate them too, they often steal my calls.
If you ever want any products, from a guy who won't try to screw you over, or scam you, you can get them from my site...pm me for it, as I respect the forum rules
^ please don't delete this mods^
I only posted that because this is an anti scam site...and I don't want the call centers giving my company a bad name
-also to the mods, sorry for the double post again.

Good morning Beirgo, and thank you for offering to help me out with future orders. However, I'm sad to inform you that the initial person I dealt with, who continually tried to push all sorts of nonsense on me and would simply NOT stop until I threatened to hang up, WAS a home agent from down in Georgia, I believe she'd said.
I am not looking to ruin your company or anything with what I've written on here. I'll have you know that I was VERY close to signing up to work with the company @ 8 months ago or so. I'd seen the infomercial all about getting folks to sign up to join the team, then looked into things a bit online and got a bit more skeptical. After dealing with that woman and seeing how utterly rude and incompetent she was, I became a BIG skeptic. By the time I'd put up with all of the nonsense from the people in the main offices in Beverly, MA, I vowed I'd never have ANYTHING to do with these folks again!
As an update I'll also let you all know that I'd dropped things altogether when the woman wouldn't contact me back after I'd spent so much time trying to get my money back from the b.s. charges they'd made on my card that I'd decided to post the complaint with the B.B.B. only after reading through the thread on this site and being reminded of how the company had still been, at best, telling half-truths to people. I called the same woman who'd brushed me off only @ 2 months earlier after posting that message on here.
This time I didn't come off as Mr. Nice Guy, understanding and patient like I usually am. I came out with a "just the facts," interrogator tone. At first I pressed the issue about the fact no one had ever offered me an explanation as to how the product was sent to my sister and how I didn't even get it till I was out of my 14 day trial period to even TRY to justify the charges for that b.s. online site I'd been charged for when I not only said I didn't want it, but also filled her in that even though I DID find the "activation password" in tiny print on my receipt only after someone'd pointed it out, that there's not ANY mention or listing of whatever this so-called great website even IS! She tried the same b.s. of saying that the records indicated both the billing and shipping address were the same in the system. At that point I actually got a bit EXCITED, because I knew I had caught this company in yet ANOTHER lie and was about to let her have it. I filled her in on the exact date and time of the conversation I'd had with her colleague in which she admitted, on a recorded call, that the records had indicated that the package was sent to an address an hour away from me, to my sister (I'm STILL concerned as to how they know that's my sister in the first place!) CLEARLY that's an indication of a cover up! I then went off on a tirade on her, filling her in on the exact days and times of conversations I'd had with her and her colleagues, as well as what lies and unresolved issues came out of each interaction. After finishing with the disbursement of the facts I filled her in that I'd written up a letter to the B.B.B, complete with all of this info that they could ask for (reminding her that any failure on their end to produce those conversations at the BBB's request would implicate them as being what they are: fraudulent; and would be sending it in. Her tone changed from one of ACTING concerned like she's trained to do, to one of ACTUAL concern. She didn't sound like she was reading from a script by this point... her thoughts and speech were suddenly jumbled. She got off the phone with me in a hurry, saying that she'd call back within a day or two after speaking with a higher up. Despite the fact I knew I'd finally made my point (only by threatening to get the BBB on their tails) I was honestly expecting she'd blow me off once again, hoping I'd do nothing and let things go again. She'd called back within 10 MINUTES, changed her tune to try and make it sound like she'd done me a FAVOR and was my buddy, and offered me a refund! lol However, this isn't exactly a GOOD thing, because even THEN they were trying to screw me out of my money! She'd come up with some elaborate B.S. about how they could only offer me the $29.95 for the first month's charge to the for all I know non-existant website. Her "logic?" Because they'd been outside of the trial period when I even got the product they'd be in the wrong for charging me for that month...... HELLO! I'd only offered up that logic MONTHS ago, as that'd have been the fair thing to do. HOWEVER, how the FRIG' could they then "justify" charging me for the second month?! After all, the facts that I'd 1) never wanted the web access, 2) never knew I even had it till I'd called about the $60 in charges for membership to it and thus 3) never used it plus 4) was never even told what the site even WAS to log onto all still remained.
I'm sad to admit that I was weakened by the prospect of at least FINALLY getting SOME of my stolen money back, so I agreed to put things with the BBB to rest. I know I should have saw it through to the end and I'd EASILY have gotten my money back, as I had caught them red-handed in lies several times and had the dates and times of the evidence. They didn't have a leg to stand on, and that's why they offered to finally actually ADDRESS my complaint. But they'll nickel and dime you even THEN in order to try and make a buck (or in this case, KEEP one that they'd stolen from you!).
This all said, I'm sorry if I've offended you at all Beirgo. Perhaps WORKING for the company truly IS a great thing. I wish you all the best and continued success with them; I truly do. I just know that from my own dealings with them as a CUSTOMER, that I'll never have ANYTHING to do with them again, no matter how good of a job opportunity they may or may not present.
Have a great one everybody!

Re: ITV ventures
Don't worry, you didn't offend me at all. One of the reasons I registered here was so I could learn from other people's mistakes. See what pissed you guys off, and NEVER do that to anyone. Example: I probe for my upsells, so you guys don't have to listen to an infinate number of offers that don't interest you in the slightest, and won't really help you as well.
I understand the person's motive for not giving you a refund...it's pretty retarded when you think about it...simply put, refunds come out of our commissions.
But, any monkey could realize that a relieved customer, that realizes someone is on their side, is more valuable than the money you keep by denying the refund.
-also, Home Agents as stupid as her quit when they lose their customers, so in all likelyhood, she's gone.
Also, Kevin Trudeau is -> Hero/ex-Felon
