Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
Well they say it isn't ads they want typed but there are a couple of things that should catch your attention.. one THEY are not the ones paying you.. Two.. if it is SO legitimate and such a great job, why won't they just tell you what the job is? The answer to that is that it is some kind of common program and they are making money not by working the program but by selling the information.. I would be interested to find out what these "articles" are.. most places that pay for articles want them to be longer than a paragraph.

Hello.I purchased Web Colleagues, but was not satisfied. I would give it a 2 star rating. They give the impression that you are working with them. When actually you are on your own. The previous price was $75 !! This program is
a ripoff.. read the latest reviews about internet opportunities.

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
Just a question for those of you with the negative comments about Web Colleagues: How far into the program did you actually get? Did you actually get to the part where they provide you with detailed instructions on how to work with about ten different sources of online income complete with all the necessary links and how-tos? I would ask this question about alot of the so-called "scam" accustions made on this site.

I have yet to hear of anyone paying off their mortgage writing blogs.I even tried Ougo and Netterminator, which Webcolleagues promote -PURE GARBAGE.
Webcolleagues does not even display an address.

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
Wait, so you just write blogs. Can I make a recommendation Deborahwoo - I use www.associatedcontent.com. You can write articles about anything and everything. I've written movie reviews, reviewed toys my kids liked, and simple things like that. If you had the time you could make decent money off of it - not a TON. But I get between $8-10 per article and they only take me 5-10 minutes to write.

I know of a few people who are successful enough with blogs that they are making really good money...over the $5k a month point.. HOWEVER and this is important, they do it the RIGHT way.. They don't use any "programs" or anything.. just good old fashioned hard work and promoting. They make money through shareasale, linkshare, amazon, etc. They have learned everything about using technorati, blog rings, etc and work at it hours everyday and put in the time necessary.. this didn't happen overnight.. one lady has been blogging for many many years and runs 15 blogs..
This is one of those ideas that does work and will work but again, it takes time and a LOT of effort to make it happen.. those looking for the magic bullet or secret will just be disappointed and it's not information you have to buy an ebook to learn.

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
I was trying to look at this site and at first wanted to join immed. But, after a little investigating, I am not to sure... First of all, if you right click on the photos of the people from the testimonials, you see some of the photos listed there, they have different peoples names than listed in the testimonial. Also, some of their creditentials for reviews, consumer-rated.com, gold-rated.com are registered by the same person who owns web-colleagues.com (or a relative with the same last name in the same town and state). So, of course there would be good reviews. A little strange.

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
Hello,
Actually Web Colleagues is a very good program. I have been doing for a few months and I am doing very well, almost $200 a day. You actually need to try the program, not guess what it is all about as what I am seeing in these posts. What is sad is that most of these people who are making posts are only promoting their links, as you see their re-directs. What a shame to do this on a discussion board that people are looking to to get true and valued information. I am not promoting anything just giving my true opinion as what people on this forum should be doing. The real answer to the original question is Web Colleagues is a good program that is not scamming anyone. Good luck in your decision.

Planter1,
I read the Web Colleagues site, through this thread and other feedback online. Overall I see no issues with this and it seems like it would provide the extra money I am looking for. How long did it take you to start earning and what is the real time that you spend to make almost $200 a day?

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
Hello again,
Webcolleagues.com program takes time to get it going, but it is not the Ad typing data entry programs you see all over the Internet. It is a complex program that takes a little determination, but the concept works. Again I am not here to promote them, as I pointed out in previous. These forums should be only used to get truthful information and not AD posts. There are many scams on the Internet like Billy Briggs Type-at-home, Mintjobs, and TypingInternational  . I can speak from experience as I would not pass judgement on a program unless I personally tried it, and I did, and never got my money back as they promised. So Webcolleagues is a good program :) , becarefull of the rest. :D

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
I will back Web Colleagues as well. I am a current member making $3000 + per month with their program. I was skeptical as most going into their program, but as soon as seen the program I was amazed. This may be one of the only programs on the Internet that is NOT a scam. Also what is up with all of the people "KatiesCorner" and "Scam Smashers" advertising their own sites by putting down Web Colleagues. Especially Scam Smashers who first says they have tried Web Colleagues, well tell me about the program in detail Scam Smasher. who is redirecting this forums readers to their so-called review Web site that he is making commissions off the sales. Scam Smashers lists SurveyStorage.com on their site. I was scammed out of $39.95 by that site. Be careful of the people posting on this forum as they are the true scammers. I give Web Colleagues 5+ Stars. I suggest to try the program before passing judgment.

Why does the last 2 posters only have 1-2 post each? Look at their names too lol. They must be the same person. Jroberts1 are you using your blogging skills on us? Your reply looks more like a telemarketer promoting something let me put it this way A opportunity you cant afford to miss out on. Please prove you are making 3k a month with some check stub links. Please prove you are making that much, i dont want to see any copy and paste bar graph because i see it too often its a turn off.
Less talk more proof please.

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
I joined Webcolleague for 49 bucks but so far I'm pretty disappointed. they say you make money by making blogs and writing articles.
They also claim that they provide you with training but they just give you material and you're supposed to read through it on your own. That's their idea of training I guess.
They also have a place for you to sign up for surveys and to become a mystery shopper. I'm sure many have tried that before.
All in all, I'm not too impressed with their program. I'm going to stick with it for another week or two and then return it because right now it doesn't look like I'm going to make any money.

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
I asked for a refund and they immediately replied saying that they would refund my money and that it would just take 3 or 4 days to get back into account. So I guess I really didn't lose anything by trying the program..except my time.
If for some reason the money doesn't show up in my account after 3-4 days. I'll let you people know.

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
I actually joined the program yesterday. So far I havent seen anything wrong with the information. It is very detailed and easy to follow. As far as support is concerned, Iv about 5 emails to web colleagues and they were all responded to with detail answers. The one thing that I can thinkof that might draw people away is the fact that there is some work involved. Unlike most programs that are out there, this has nothing to do with pay-per-clicks or some other magic potion. From reviewing the information and going through all the opportunties, I believe that you can make some type of decent income if you TRY. Trust me I am definitley not one for scams and I will be the first to be skeptical of anything that I read but I do believe that this program is worth a try. Again I dont think it is something you can become a millionaire off of but I can provide you with a nice amount of spendable cash.

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
I joined Web Colleagues on January 23. I have had lots of trouble setting this up. I have asked for support and they have responded. I was told to follow the directions in the website. It is frustrating because they say it's not hard to set up, but I'm having a heck of a time trying to set up my affiliates on my blog, not to mention posting my blog on search engines.
I need help! I'm stuck. :frustrated: Can anyone help or suggest how I can make this work?

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
I actually havent had any problems settin up the program. I did though I had some trouble with the affiliate links but I was able to fix that. I found that is was very easy to do. I finished part 1 and started part and I am up to section 4 of part 2. I have sent out my blog to all of the major search engines .(which was very easy) I just have to make sure that I just implement the other steps. then I am done

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
Alright so, this is the first on-line forum/thread I've ever made myself a part of as I want everyone to view my experience with Web Colleagues... I have been trying to find out as much as I can about this site for WEEKS and so far I've had equal reviews from both sides... The one thing I've noticed lacking in all posts however, is the visible proof via check stub or copy of the check itself. After I post this message, I am going to pay and join webcolleagues as it appears they do keep true to their 60 day money back guarantee. I WILL keep everyone informed of my progress (or digress) and exactly what this company is trying to do as I feel it is important for everyone out there searching for info on this site to know the God honest truth. Be with you soon..

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
Ok.. WOW.... I am just going to start off by saying that I have just requested a refund of my $49 spent for my membership (I’ll let you know how long it takes for me to get it). Before I begin to explain their structure, please understand that I did not make this decision to cancel due to feeling that I have been scammed in any way, but that it literally takes a LOT of time and effort to get this thing going than they let on and that I just don’t have that kind of time to devote to the training, and then the waiting process before it starts to take off…. It’s actually interesting how these guys work… They say you can start making money almost as soon as you start the program, but they leave out the fact that you need to be Blog/Article writing savvy… If you’re not, NO PROBLEM! They provide you with a weeks worth of reading material to train you how to do this stuff before you begin…. And then once you feel knowledgeable and comfortable enough to begin, it’s going to take a few weeks before your blog gets the attention and “reads” you need for it to generate SOME kind of income… Like I said, I don’t have the time right now to train for this and I felt overwhelmed at how much it was going to take…
Basically, webcolleagues is NOT who actually pays you... As a matter of fact, I don’t see how you can be a “member” of webcolleagues other than that they are a website providing you with all the info and direction you need to go out into the cyber world and try to make a living. You are actually paid by several other sites like Google and Xomba and any other place that you can post a blog or article to. When you sign up for a membership with webcolleagues, you are paying for training, direction, and support… You are given access to all of their on-line materials to train in creating your own web blogs and writing your own articles or reviews and how to post them.
Before I go on, here is a “Brief Summary of their program”. This is only displayed after you become a member. I have literally copied and pasted it from their site.
A Brief Summary of our ProgramWhat we are going train you to do is type articles about pretty much any subject matter you can think of and submit them for pay to various sources that we will show you. The articles you will be typing will create multiple streams of income from several sources and you will be paid by different methods. Unlike many of the other work-at-home opportunities, you will NOT be limited to just making money with commissions, or when someone purchases something. We will train you on four primary programs that will teach you how to get paid by typing these articles and posting them to the Internet. You will see that with all of the opportunities we offer you will not only get paid for the work you perform by completing assignments, but also when someone simply reads your articles, as well as commissions. With this program we have all the bases covered in regards to getting paid for doing these job tasks. Your hard work will not go unrewarded.
If you have never created an article in your life, don't worry. We have a separate training program that will teach you how to create articles with ease, along with some simple tricks that will make you an expert article writer in no time.
Brilliant eh? These people basically found a way to make money on-line without having to pay a dime, and then created there own website promoting a step by step program to show anyone with $49.00 how to do it themselves and provide the customer support needed to succeed on your own...
I personally believe the money you spend on this program is well worth the amount of training and information you receive from them… However, it is going to take a LOT of time to get this thing going ONCE you know what you’re doing after all the training as I’ve mentioned earlier…
You can actually make the type of money they boast if you know what they know…. The problem is where would you start? How would you go about doing it? Who could teach you “the ropes” of web blogging and posting certain links on your blogs and what not? They basically provide the step by step instructions of how to be a web entrepreneur… They give you the training and direction and push you out the door to make some money on-line and they get your $49.00… I’m almost sure they’ve gotta be making something from these other places for “hiring you on and training you”.
In the end, if you have a LOT, and I do mean A LOT of free time on your hands, and $49.00, I’d do it. Go through all of the training, (I foresee a week or two worth of knowledge cramming) and start your own blog… promote it, add links to it or whatever they show you how to do, and give it some time. Provided you are a decent writer and the things you write will grab the attention of others out there, you’ll make decent bank. The key is CREATIVITY. You have GOT to have things to talk about…
However, if you are someone like me unfortunately, a guy currently at his computer at his job and no time at home because of the wife and kids and you feel you can make a lot of money by spending 30 – 45 minutes out of your time submitting 3 to 4 short lines of text daily you’re mistaken. THAT kind of minimal requirement only happens when you have been in this type of thing for a long time… If you really put your everything into, I’d say you’d be making decent money within their 60 day guarantee…
Heck, who’s to say I’m not gonna use some of the knowledge they provided me with to try this again sometime later? And at no cost to myself? (once I get my refund…) I’ll let you guys know how long that takes…. Hope this was informative to all who are checking this site out… Guess I could’ve made some money with THIS particular article XD

Dont think too much on this...
Just try with Google for income as well ...
Of course blogging, joining forum, submitting a few good articles is part of advertising & marketing BUT you need to know more than that.
It is about smart technique, not only hard work. Just give urself a try..

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
I've been a member for several years. The surveys are based on your profile, which they will ask you to update periodically. Sometimes there are several surveys per month, and other times I have not gotten a survey for 3-4 months. But this is NOT a scam - I've made nice money with them.:music:

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
I joined Web Colleagues a few months ago and I am doing great. It does take effort as many others have mentioned and actually http://WebColleagues.com
will even tell you this before you join
This is on their home page:

We have designed this program with great detail. We only want people that are serious about a legitimate work-at-home program. If you are willing to put in the effort to learn what we show you, this program works. Please do not join our program if you do not plan on trying to learn and apply yourself to this job.
|
They are honest with you before you even join. I really wanted this to work because everything else I tried was a scam. So I have worked hard to learn the program and it has paid off.
Just thought people should here from someone that has tried the program instead of people guessing. Scam.com has been going down hill lately as all you see people bashing programs and then directing the readers to their own sites. Kind of sad if you ask me. So it is hard to see what is real and what is fake on this site. That is why I have never visited this site in the past and cannot trust anything that is posted good or bad.
This is my true opinion on WebColleagues.com: it is a great program and worth a try.

Yeah, that's what I was saying. It looked legit and I would recommend it for anyone who is willing to put forth the time and effort.

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
Hi, everyone!
Are there any jobs we can work at home? Like typing at home or others?
Thank you.

This is one of those ideas that does work and will work but again, it takes time and a LOT of effort to make it happen.. those looking for the magic bullet or secret will just be disappointed and it's not information you have to buy an ebook to learn.

Katiescorner is totally correct. It takes hard work t make blogging pay off - it is not a question of sitting down in the corner and writing a quick little piece.

Wow - the typical "its great", no specifics waffle.
Beware any program at all where the people who claim it is great can provide NO SPECIFICS.
You will note - all over the scam.com boards - how many "boosters" there are for every one of them. You will note that none of them actually provide any proof - at all.
You can ask - but once they have made their one post you will not hear form them again.

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
So basically webcolleagues is just teaching people how to make money by marketing articles that they write?

Re: Web Colleagues - type from home
Hi Everyone,
I'm a Newbie to this site but what I would like to know about this program is the level of sophistication in computer knowledge you will need to eventually make money to this program. I have the time to spend on this but do they give you instructions on HOW to post your blog, articles, etc? For example, I am embarrassed to admit that I do not know how to "save" a document (like a resume attached to an email...I fax it). Thanks!

If that is a fair summation of your level of computer expertise I would suggest taking some basic computing classes first.
