Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

In all fairness to Rory Ricord,
He is unable to post on the forum at this time because of problems within the system. Hence his use of the PM's. Many other people have been experiancing such difficulties also.

If anyone has any questions regarding this issue they should contact a moderator for confirmation or assistance.

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

"Since I started with GreenZap in September 2005, I have received cash rewardz from at least once a week to multiple times a day. I have earned several thousands in GZ WebCash and several hundred in CASH just within the past week! It is now snow-balling into a life of its own with several thousand members now in my GreenZap Community. Rewards payment activity in my GreenZap account is virtually happening all the time now. It is far better than walking to my mailbox to get the check. I can just hit the WITHDRAW button and ZAP the CASH to my Bank Account!"

SSS is their a "Secret Society of Scammers"?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi today is 4-14-2006.

I would like to start a discussion as to whether there is a community of loosely associated people who create their income by means of deceptive and deceitful means otherwise known as "Scams".

I would like to keep this thread focused on those people who conduct scam operations on-line via the internet through the WWW.

I would like for those of us here at scam.com who seriously want to combat such scammers to post here information and questions and comments which may help to construct a realistic map or picture of connections of any sort between known scammers and the people who for there own reasons (usually the accquistion money for themselves or information which they in turn sell for profit) promote the scams of others.

Many of these illegitimate operations and on-line ventures work hand in hand with spammers and various collectors of information. As such then there is at any given time large resources of information, most notably active e-mail addresses, which scammers use to target their "Marks". Hence the strong liklyhood of a very real and thriving society of individuals and organizations who feed off each other.

I have some specific persons and organizations in mind whom I'd like to determine their ties to the scam industry. Make no mistake about it! Scamming is an industry of its own. To be sure as I've started this thread I will be following it and naturally posting and commenting as well as providing directions to go in.

To start the "trail" I'd like to introduce you to the individual who got me involved here with scam.com.

Rory Ricord of Sandy, Utah

He introduced me to "Greenzap". A scam I'm sure most of you are well aware of. Because of him and GZ I came to this site and started posting. I credit this forum with providing me with the platform for making my voice heard in "Objection" to being scammed by GZ. The consequent result of which was I was refunded my money ($100.00) back, in all likelyhood in an attempt to "shut me up". As you may see I am not about to be quiet. I have begun my own investigation into the world of scams and have theorized that there is a "Secret Society of Scammers" or the "SSS" for short. I have included within this society anyone who knowingly promotes a deceptive or deceitful business in order to gain money or saleable information, this also of course includes the information providers and the spammers who help the scammers reach their "prospective Customers" better known as "marks"
Rory has strong ties to an organization known as Lead Streams Marketing
http://lsmleads.com
He has also begun a new venture which I am at this time suspicious of.
http://ominex.com
Ominex, Inc.
2382 E Jessica Lane
Sandy UT 84092
(801)755-1818 Fax: (801)942-9336
Anthony Evans, President
Other Contacts: Rory Ricord, Partner / V.P

Another connection to Rory and to GZ is Don Lamoureux West Jordan, UT.

I'll stop there for now and turn this thread over to all of you to contribute to.
Happy Hunting for those connections that ARE out there. And may we as we find them devise strategies to Sever them and rid the world of Scams and Spam two things that simply seem to be intricately tied together.

Robert

Do you have council, or will you be able to receive service yourself.
Further proof that he's a moron. Putting aside for the moment that he means counsel, not council, you can't serve someone's atty, only the person.

I remember when the local firepigs were hassling me, so they went to my attys office with papers to serve me. He said "thank you", and threw them in the trash can right in front of them. They asked how dare he do such a thing, so he suggested they go back to their atty and get instructions on Service 101, because he wasn't getting paid to tell them how to do their job.

They never did figure out the correct way to serve me.

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

In the spirit of Shecky (Durn) Greenzap, I have rewritten this piece of fiction:

GreenZap in Discussions with Anonymous Fortune 100 Company for Full Scale Payment Solution

SAN DIEGO--(PRESS RELEASE REPRINTING SERVICE)--May 12, 2006--GreenZap, Inc., (Pink Sheets: GZPN - News), which has been talking for over a year about how someday it may become a provider of secure online payment services, announced today that it has entered into a non-disclosure agreement with a Fortune 100 Company (the Fictional Company) for the purpose of integrating or acquiring GreenZap's proprietary electronic payment systems. The Fictional Company is in Fortune Magazine's "100 Mismanaged Companies Most Likely To Fail" list.

GreenZap was contacted by and began discussions with the Fictional Company in March 2006. After performing due diligence, the Fictional Company sent a team of its senior management (Bernie and Billy), their specialists in the areas of global payments, fraud control, business development and integration and planning to GreenZap's facility in San Diego, California, so they could observe firsthand how not to run their own operations, only to find all it was was a rent-an-office sharing a receptionist with six other companies. The purpose of the meetings has been to review GreenZap's total lack of capabilities, and determine how the systems were rapidly disintegrating.

GreenZap and the Company have entered into mutual non-disclosure agreements, allowing both parties to issue press releases where they can say anything they want, because neither one is actually claiming to be doing any business with the other one. The non-disclosure agreement however prevents both parties from announcing the respective companies' names until a final agreement is reached, which will be sometime soon, just after they get a few details worked it, to be announced on a conference call to 30 of GZ's alleged million users, if they don't have any problems, unless of course there are delays, which are likely.

Dmon Westmoreland, GreenZap's CEO, stated, GreenZap has been growing at an average rate of approximately 2,000 new users per day, and while we have always been confident in our non-existant systems, the recent attention we have received from members of law enforcement fraud teams has definitely questioned our company's capabilities to pull the wool over people's eyes and convince them that some day we may do some of the things we promised over a year ago.

About GreenZap, Inc.

GreenZap, Inc., a San Diego, California based company, enables any business or individual with an email address to send and receive money securely and cost-effectively online by using the address they registered at GZ to transfer money at PayEnemy. GreenZap is building its network on the existing infrastructure of offshore bank accounts and unissued credit cards to create an untrackable global payment system, and just as soon as they can find a bank stupid enough to issue them credit or debit cards, they'll offer those features they promised a year ago. GreenZap's system resembles PayPal (eBay's payment processor), which reports over 100 million users and a 2005 total dollar volume of payments of $27.5 billion, in every way except that it can't be used, and has fewer than 1% as many people signed up, including hundreds of thousands who didn't even realize they had an account, and has total dollar volume of payments of $27.50, where Dmon sent his mom some webcash for mother's day.

GreenZap differentiates itself by trying to charge a flat fee that can be 100 times as much as transacting on PayEnemy, and rewards its members for using GreenZap's services by giving them a thing called webcash, which can be spent anywhere that accepts Monopoly money or expired cents-off coupons. Since opening June 1, 2005, GreenZap has grown to over 700,000 users,12 of whom have ever found this forum.

Forward-Looking Statements

Certain statements in this release, and other written or oral statements made by the Company, including the use of the words expect, anticipate, estimate, project, forecast, outlook, target, objective, plan, goal, pursue, on track, finagle, cook the books, obfuscate, soon, shortly, by the end of the month, and similar expressions, are pure bull**** and are subject to known and unknown risks, lies, prevarications, diversions and other factors that may cause actual results, performance, or achievements of the company to bear no relationship whatsoever to the claims expressed or implied. The Company assumes no obligation or responsibility, says nothing concrete in writing, lets consumers tell people how the company is being run and does not intend to honor these forward-looking statements.

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

As I feared it looks like the current inaction has encouraged Greenzap to rise from the ashes.
Mind you it's not much of a rise.

But the usual self published Press Release which contains no information whatsoever, combined with a sudden flurry of legal threats, and Tommy turning up here once again in support, certainly suggests Greenzap is attempting a comeback.

Rory, how long have you been working for Greenzap?
I hope you can resolve the problems you are experiencing posting on this forum because I would like to discuss a few things with you.

Such as your participation in a proven scam and the latest revelation that you are now an employee of the company perpertrating the scam.
Not sure how this is going to assist in your libel case.

Rory, don't be fooled by the lack of apparent action against Greenzap so far, it is coming, and if you weren't considered to be part of the main group before you certainly will be now.

Techie, I can understand the company wanting to remain anonymous.
After all would you want it known publicly your company was being serviced by Damon Westmoreland?

On another note it appears we are being attacked on all sides

I keep reading these threats of legal action but is there anybody here that has actually been served papers?

And we know no on from GZ ever uses a second name to post with. At leasst in this case, it would be a legitimate move. "Hi, I'm RR, posting under this name because my other name doesn't work".

Also now that I think about it maybe i will start just bring you guys the updates as well, since some of you are so fond of me.
That would be great. Especially if you ever brought a legitimate update with some real substance, like naming names, or showing where it appears officially on the GZ web site. We're still waiting for any official confirmation that some guy who can't seem to manage to keep a job for more than a year or two is now on the board of directors, or that Dmon's right hand man heaaded for the hills.

BTW, did I mention that I'm about to buy a major player in the online auction business, thus becoming just like ebaY except that I only have four auctions and 12 registered users? Neither the major player nor I can tell anyone anything about the transaction, but trust me, this is really big news, and someday soon maybe, we'll tell everyone what's going on if anything ever actually happens. Isn't that what press releases are for?

When I try to access a site where all my posts have been removed and it tells me I am banned, duration permanent, that's a fact, not a claim. Claims are stuff like all the promises that GZ makes and never delivers on.

I was banned for life from Rolclub and Zaptoday, facts not claims.
As for your updates, what's in this pathetic excuse for a press release other than more of the usual BS?

When can we expect to see the Audited Financials as required by law?

The only one on that list that comes close to being as screwed up as GZ is Micaccid.

Of course, they didn't say "Which" Fortune 100. There are probably 50 such lists.

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

Gee, I go away for a few days, and GZ comes out to play. Actually you are all wrong, it is Disney. Goofy, Pluto, Minnie, Mickey, Donald, Daisy & Daffy of the duck's fame, and the whole cast of make believe characters needed a hobby.

Since they had a new computer, they decided Disney needed to be able to have webcash used at the Disney resorts worldwide. Look at the downline they could generate, and the extra income for Disney would really propel them to the top of the "real" Fortune 100 list. This was just too good of an opportunity to pass up. Can't say I blame them.

Look for the "official" announcement soon. Rumor has it that Goofy will be the new spokesperson for the merged company. I did hear that Daffy gave him a good run for the top dog position, but since Daffy wasn't a dog, he had to settle for second best. Pluto was not in the running, as he was, well, off running.

Actually, Disney has their own money, it can be spent more places than WC can, and it is allowed to be sold on ebaY, where it often trades for a premium over face value.

Might even be where Dmon got his idea:

http://search.ebay.com/search/search...disney+dollars

Did anyone ever get a confirmation of anyone being able to buy anything at the ballpark with the hundreds of thousands of dollars in WC GZ allegedly handed out?

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

At the same time some of you were receiving PM's from Rory Ricord I was being publicly attacked by Stephanie Woolford Bile on another forum.
At first I didn't connect the two until she posted this:
http://www.scam.com/showpost.php?p=198031&postcount=522

And doesn't this sound familiar?
http://www.scam.com/showpost.php?p=198174&postcount=567

There is obviously a bigger connection between Greenzap and 1 Step than we thought.
And Rory Ricord is the key.

If anybody here receives any further threats, no matter how laughable, please copy and paste them here and then send them to the person we discussed.
If I missed anybody please PM me for the details.

I dont mind posting updates I get from GZ here. But Dont ask me questions. This way our opinions stay to our selves or on our repective forums. I will bring you a update as well as I do at rolclub. But I will not answer questions from scam.com Members.

You keep on doing your DD here the way you do and I will do what I do. In the end, one of us can say "I told you so". I would also tell you here to live family privacy out of it. This can be a bad thing. Plus scam.com rules has stated this in their rules here.

Stop and delete it now about all privacy matters of who ever. If not then this form will be reported for violating rules. You stay here at where you are wanted, and I will bring you updates of the same. There is nothing for me to hide. You guys try to have a great day:)

Dear Techie...happy day to you dear one. You have dodged a lot swords the past several months as you dig and dig revealing the evil-doers disguised as god-fearin' christians doing evil deeds while stealing from others. Makes me glad I'm not a christian. I should come visit you in the Middle East. ;)

It is Sunday and from this non-christian to all you bible thumpin' goofballs (Neno, Tommy or your moniker of the day)...Thou shall not steal. This should be your personal mantra hon. You will also NEVER get rich off the 'net unless you are stealing money from others. Remember that.

And Neno...you are a document liar sir so why in gawds name do you expect ANYONE to believe you when you post GZ updates. Sir, you wouldn't know the truth if it clobbered you over the head. I won't post question marks since you don't plan to answer questions. You are so funny that you could compete for Shecky's place except we all love and respect Shecky. You on the other are one of those fresh steaming piles of dog-poo.

Neno...ready for a little education darlin'...of course you are:

moniker
moniker or monicker
n. Slang (note: n stands for noun...you know what a noun is don't you)

A personal name or nickname.

Have a most lovely day!

Wow! I'm impressed! Near perfect spelling in this post with the exception of one word. Grammatically gross though, yes. And obviously an ardent fan of the delightful Mrs. Bales.
So neno, tell us where is your 1StepSystem success report which you might be giving away free to help the mass of humanity up out of the "slums of poverty"
BTW nice to hear from you again!
Robert

What is all the noise about this man Damon Scammoreland, many lazy people try to get rich trying to find a person that is not as much asute as they are. Have we not had enough problems with crooked politicalmen taking the national treasury, promising to help poverty, create jobs and making the country stronger than their predecesor, then not making good on their promises. A man should work hard labor and not take from the common people. Hard work is good for both body excercise and for the good of the spirit. May the lazy man, who crafts scams to fellowman go to hell and rot in hell too. Pinchegringo Damon

Well gringo...Damon and his idiotic minions (they know who they are...I don't have to name names LOL) have the uncanny ability to recruit those with a 3rd to 8th grade education and turn them loose on forums. These individuals really and truly believe they will get rich being shills for Damon. At the end of the day who looks foolish and who will rot in hell for stealing from people...NOT ME!! Hard work is good for mind, body and soul. Ripping off people is evil, plain and simple and easy for someone as lame as Neno to understand.

Blimey, this thread's gone some distance. It's almost caught up with the original Juiceboosted one (over 400 pages before George locked it).

Btw, zappychic, your posts are a hoot. Why don't you kick some butt on the MTT (MoreThanBullsh!t.com) thread...

We beat the Juice Boosted thread a while ago by the number of posts.
They made the pages longer a while ago, by the way thanks for the info you sent.

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

Geez

Can someone explain this to me? Greenzap won't tell anyone how many shares there are out there or how many the founders still own. I have seen some guesses that there are 150 million shares being traded and that most of those shares are still owned by Damon and his cronies.

With that said - at 4 cents a share - 150 million shares - Greenzap's market value is 6 million dollars. If one of the fortune 100 companies was interested in GZ they would just buy 51% of the company and do whatever they want.

I just can't believe that multiple executives would spend time to fly to CA to do what? To look at some tiny minescule company?

Do you realize how much money those companies budget for software? 3 million for a software solution including the hardware is NOTHING for them.

So there realy is no reason for senior execs to go down there.

On a seperate issue.

Greenzap was already hacked once. Remember all the fake web cash that was out there - Millions of the stuff? Great security Damon. Oh but there is the EFT transfers.... I wonder if any other company does eft transfers....

OH WAIT - every online bank out there appears to do the same thing. I can add or get cash from my ING direct bank account just the same way. The only thing novel about greenzap is that they appear to be an illegal payment processor. As in they let people transfer money between each other.

So anyway- this latest PR stunt- I don't even see why if it were true would be good news for anyone other that the stock holders - but Damon's not saying they are looking to be aquired...

Its just more of the same... Hey - here is the news - we are doing stuff we can't tell you about - but everything we promised is still coming some day but we can't tell you when (or we will and we will miss that date).

Hey Neno - I hope your proud of the hundreds of people you convinced to spend $100 on Greenzap - How many times did you tell them Greenzap was on ebay, Would accept credit cards, Had a debit card, and all the other stuff that never came true? I really hope that some of those people get together and sue you for fraud..... I am not a lawyer but I think they might have something like 7 years left to sue.....

I know you probably wouldn't have the millions to pay off a lawsuit let alone a lawyer -but it would be great to see you have your wages garnished for the rest of your life for all of the people you hurt...

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

It was pointed out several times to neno/tommy on zaptoday that he was purposely using outdated info. to recruit people, including the first audio of the $25 cash offer. He never replied to anyone about that, just avoided the comment as usual.

Sweetie...find me some more time and I'd be happy too. I popped over there (MTT) in the beginning but found myself getting very disturbed & nauseated by what I was reading. I just don't understand the need people have to steal from others. This world is full of sick and fuggin' perverted people who couldn't earn an honest dollar if their pathetic life depended on it. What a bunch of lowlife scum sucking bottom feeders disguised as honorable people. They make me want to puke and if I puke too much I will become anorexic. LOL

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

Techie, did you manage to connect the Dynamic Mrs Bile to Greenzap?
I know she has a connnection to Inetekk so it is likely she has a greenzapit website.
Her threats of legal action against me failed to produce the desired effect so she has now resorted to posting blatant lies.......

"What were those convictions for? FRAUD, perhaps? Or maybe drug trafficking? Taking liberties with young girls? We know you like to hop from one country to another... you sure like to fly a lot, don't you? "

"Don't come in here and try pushing your little pansy weight around with me. You are a DOCUMENTED liar, fraud, cheat, theif and apparently you have a fancy for engaging in recreational drug use and trafficking. After all, you ARE Richard Boyce, are you not? "

" Richard Boyce and Scam.com are nothing other than an internet crime ring, and this is precisely why they are being SUED for libel, intentional tort, rico violations, extortion, and the list goes on and on."

This lady claims to be a legal professional :D

I eagerly await those legal papers, I look forward to seeing her explain these comments to a libel jury.
I won't mention her here again, I think she deserves her own thread.
But her suggestion that I should apologise to Damon Westmoreland for slandering his name speaks volumes.

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

I guess it's no longer a secret, yes Greenzap are being investigated by the SEC, what did they expect when they failed to publish the Audited Financials?

If I was Tom Prendergast or any of the other so called companies that have pledged alliegance to Greenzap I would be very worried today.

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

This may be premature, but YES! Finally, an update that's giving us some kind of idea the direction this is going.

By the way, any of you who don't immediately see the GZ section on ROL, don't get excited. It's still there, but is now part of the HYIP and Payment Processors category.

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor

Although I have known for some time the SEC are investigating Greenzap it was requested that this information not be disclosed publicly.
However, now that the cat is out of the bag there is no longer any need for secrecy.
I have the name and contact details for anybody that wants to cut through the red tape and deliver their own findings or personal experience of Greenzap to the SEC.
Please PM me for the details.

Here MichealM It isn't Going Anywhere. As Promised..

Hello Zappers from rolclub forum,

I ask Damon was GZ on target for what they have set out to accomplish: He said yes and no but mostly yes. Also said the Finacials with be posted soon. Most of the things covered tonight are all set between now and June 1st for launch.

1. Cash Back Program
2. CC Proccessor
3. Check-out for Merchants

CC Proccessor is installed fees are being worked out for Merchants for them and between their customers.

"DEBIT CARDS" was mentioned. WOW!! GZ is sorry for them being on the site from the start, but it was there, and disappointed by that. Their intentions was for all. Looks like they will only in the beginning be available for US and some others at the moment until their Gateway for the rest of the International members is worked out. They are striving to get that done GZ said.

I also ask about Partner Program Members for the International members, if they are still benefitting by being in it. Damon said,"Yes". The 2% sharing is for us all that are involved with that.

There you have it Zappers. GZ's Meeting for 5/16/06.
