It is a useless waste of time.

1)Scammers operate under aliases and use fake documents. As soon as scammer figure out he is found out, he will get new identity. They also use a lot of leg soldiers. If one is cornered, he will be disowned. No problem to real scammer.
2)Scammers use cell phones and change numbers from time to time.
3)Impossible. 419 scammers only get money. They never send real money
to anybody else.
4)Only way you can do it by hiring another criminal organization. In that case, you will become criminal as well.
