Re: Any work at home data entry jobs that are not

Well you are actually asking a few different questions here so:

1. There are real companies that hire for real JOBS from home, some are in data entry. Just like offline, you can't just pay a fee and get hired. You need to apply be interviewed, have a resume, skills, etc.

2. Surveys are also not a job. The real companies are actually consumer research companies who contract with large corporations to get consumer feedback on new products and ideas. You can make some extra cash each month and test some cool new products but you won't make a living. (you MUST use a good reputable list or you will end up with a lot of offer sites and email harvesting sites and not be happy)

3. Affiliate programs are not scams. However many sites can and are deceptive in describing what you are getting. They make it sound like you will be doing data entry (you won't be), they make it sound like you will be working for a company (you won't be). Affiliate marketing is a business. One you can learn without paying a fee. If it something you are interested in doing, spend some time at whydowork, or abestweb or the warriorforums and read read read..

At least then you will have some idea of what it is about (there are many different types) and which direction to turn if you are interested.
