fake PayPal account on eBay

Hi. Is it possible that eBay finds out that I don't use my 'official' PayPal account but another (fake) one in order to pay for a thing?

eBay and PayPal are separate companies so probably not. Im not sure what you mean by a "fake" account? PayPal might catch on. Scammers use hijacked PayPal accounts all the time to commit online fraud and request sellers to send to unconfirmed addresses, which is why it is good practise to only send to confirmed addresses when selling items.

By fake account I mean account with fake owner's name and address.

What I want to do it to: buy goods with my normal eBay account, ask sellers by mail to send me their PP addresses and send them money by my fake PP account(s). I have dynamic IP so that's not a problem.

What's your opinion?

My opinion that you are trying to scam somebody and think this is the right forum to figure out how to do it. It is not.

Sir, the problem is that in the EU we have limits on PP transfers. I don't own a credit card and that's why I need to have more than on PP account.

What are these limits of which you speak, and can you provide a link to a webpage with the relevant info?
