Inetekk AKA Veretekk
We are currently discussing Inetekk on the Greenzap thread as they recently announced a "Collaboration with Greenzap.
Does anybody have any experience of Inetekk and if so are you happy about the recent announcement that they are now In Collaboration with Greenzap?

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
I am interested in Veretekk too, it could be a "legal" mlm affiliate program, but it's product seems a little schetchy. One has to question who it's target market is for it's products and how they use them if you ask me.
Here are various veretekk/intekk "portals" from what I can tell, they all appear to do the same thing - they provide some sort of adblasting, link spamming, "free advertising", sweetpstakes, or other "free" thing in exchange for your address, phone number, email address, and whatever else you are willing to cough up about yourself to a random website for some free/possibly worthless service.
(affiliate portion of links removed for posting)

http://veretekk.vacation-4-free.com/
http://veretekk.free-page.net/

All of the various portals probably dump your contact info into the one database to be used by whichever affiliate link you used to reach the "portal". The affiliate then uses that info to contact you via phone, mail, and email with whatever the heck it is they are selling.
The service itself seems semi real, and used to a moderate extent. I see more people however trying to get people to sign up in their downline of veretekk than trying to promote the services it actually performs.
Claims are that it has been in business for 10 years, but no one has found it's current articles of incorporation.
Tom Pendergrast is the CEO, Mike Darling is the guy behind the fancy flash stuff on the portals.

Thanks therefan.
I just wanted to add that, due to Inetekks "Collaboration" with Greenzap, Damon Westmoreland probably has access to the personal information of everybody connected to Inetekk.
Nobody of sound mind would want to give their personal information to that scam artist.

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
How to tell if a MLM (Multi Level) company is real or an illegal pyramid scheme. Once you know the facts and the law you can make your own educated conclusion.
PYRAMID PROMOTIONAL SCHEME- The term `pyramid promotional scheme’ means any plan or operation in which a participant gives consideration for the right to receive compensation that is derived primarily from the recruitment of other persons as participants in the plan or operation, rather than from the sales of goods, services, or intangible property to participants or by participants to others.
Essentially, if a program or business plan compensates participants for sales made by themselves, their enrollees/recruits, and/or down line enrollees/recruits, it is a legitimate, multilevel program.
Conversely, an illegal pyramid is a scheme that compensates participants merely for the recruitment, introduction, or enrollment of others into the program, exclusive of any sales.
In review, legal companies have real products they sell. Pyramid schemes don’t sell a product they make their illegal money from new registrations.
Let’s look at Veretekk:
Quote:
SERIOUS MONEY!
So do you want to make some serious money and at the same time seriously and successfully promote your other opportunity(s)? If your answer is yes, please read on. The compensation plan is real easy to explain and to understand. Basically we pay out 90% of the setup fee and 50% of the monthly subscription fee.
10 X 10 X 10 UNILEVEL EXAMPLE...
You join as a Veretekk Silver subscriber. Silver only pays on one level:
• Setup Commission $60.00
• Monthly commission $0.00. The pay out comes when someone you enrolled upgrades to Gold.
When you upgrade to Gold your pay out goes to three levels that pays out like this:
Level one:
• Setup commission $60.00
• Monthly commission $0.00
Level two:
• Setup commission $20.00
• Monthly commission $5.00
Level three:
• Setup commission $10.00
• Monthly commission $15.00
This is an illustration of what you could expect if 10 signed up 10 and they signed up 10, etc. Your results may differ better or worse. But considering the aforementioned example your monthly income could be $15,500 per month pretty fast! Some will do better and some not as well. But even with only 100 in your third level you would receive over $1,500 per month.
|
Taken directly from the veretekk website They are not selling a product or service. They make money from “subscribers” going “silver” or “gold”
Remember: Conversely, an illegal pyramid is a scheme that compensates participants merely for the recruitment, introduction, or enrollment of others into the program, exclusive of any sales.
So by law and legal definition veretekk is an illegal pyramid promotional scheme. It is a violation of USC Title 18 of the Federal Criminal Statutes to create, promote, etc any pyramid scheme. But here is the big catch, anyone who helps in this promotion is guilty of violation of the federal statute and can be punished up to 25 years per count and is subject to a minimum mandatory sentence of 5 years.

"I've also read posts by Thomas Prendergast which state that he's the CEO of Inetekk. As I've already mentioned earlier, Inetekk.com was incorporated in Nevada on 6/28/1999 and was dissolved on 7/31/2000. I cannot find any incorporation records for Inetekk in California or Delaware so does anyone know where this company is incorporated? If it's not incorporated, then the "Inetekk.com, Inc." blurb is a bit misleading don't you think?"

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
Would someone be good enough to please post the complete bios for the principles behind the company? Also, in what state are they currently incorporated, in what state are they currently licensed to do business, and under what name in each?
Thanks!

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
This is from our previous post here on scam.com.
Quote:
Let’s see, where to start:
Thomas Prendergast statement:” I started on the Internet back in 1988 before it was even called the Internet.” Duhhhhhhhhh… (http://inetekk.com/cgi-local/site_t...oteam.aolms.com)
Again Thomas - I have been credited with building the first replicating website on the Internet in 1994 and the rest is history……BS……..only you claim that, here is the real history of the internet. (http://www.zakon.org/robert/internet/timeline/) So Thomas tell me, what programming language did you write your creation in? (http://inetekk.com/cgi-local/site_t...oteam.aolms.com)
David D'Arcangelo Interviews Tom in 1998 (http://inetekk.com/cgi-local/site_t...oteam.aolms.com) – want to know about D’Arcangelo and Thomas: (http://www.ip97.com/worlds_most_eli...ympic_bgjj.aspx) **BTW this is the oldest reference there is to Thomas on the web except for the spam sites. More info: Investors Bailing on Local, Multilevel Marketer, Company Hopes Infomercial Will Breathe New Life - http://www.backchannelmedia.com/new..._Local_Mul.html
Let’s just make list of their claims and you can decide:
“The Company's management team has a strong background of over 40 years of experience” I guess if you add the two ages of the two owners together.
“Tom is also a highly recognized webface designer and has been responsible for many of the Internet's firsts.”
First replicating website: 1992
first online application: 1993
first self replicating PDF 1994
first duplicating PDF ebook 1994
first verified verifiable anti spam email: 1997
first sequential email tracking: 1998
(http://www.inetekk.com/inetekk_about.html)
With all these first and the creator of then you would think that Thomas would be listed somewhere within the web community as being the creator of all of this. And at least be in the who’s who of the internet. Again, funny, there is no organization that gives him credit for all of this and there is no where that lists him as being a “highly recognized webface designer” In fact it is very easy to google each one of his claims and see the actual inventor of the systems he says are his.
“Tom has also been responsible for coining such as Extortion Marketing, Automated Marketing, Traffic Portal Marketing and Stealth Marketing. Tom has also been aggressively lobbying for tougher anti Spam laws and regulation.” Tom…Tom, who are you trying to convince of course you coined all those phrases. And you fight spam, that is odd since a few of your enterprises got in trouble for doing just that a while back.
Glad you have a partner with credentials like yours: Mike Darlng, “as an accomplished web site designer with additional expertise in database management and dynamic scripting. Mike's also provided the industry with a number of firsts”
first worldwide scuba diving directory: 1996
first self-replicating search engine 1998
first self-replicating web directory: 1999
(http://www.inetekk.com/inetekk_about.html)
I don’t know what to say, between you two you have invented everything on the internet. Don’t forget when you post items as you have you are making a material fact and those facts have to be able to be backed up or you get sued.
Here are some other claims:
“This system is self replicating, comes with live training and runs on over 200 servers.” …ummmmmm not your servers you don’t even host your own sites but claim that you do. So where exactly are your 200 servers?
http://tstyles.greenzap.it/
“Veretekk is 10 years ahead of any type of lead generating” oh yes , we know you have been in business for 10 years..
http://tstyles.greenzap.it/
“All leads are fully verified, verifiable, and 100% Spam free!” you mean the 20 new members all the gold greencrap members got. Oh no, my mistake, those email address and names are sequential as if they were just created by greencrap. They did not work to well on the zapmap did they now. http://tstyles.greenzap.it/
“Inetekk has been building lead and marketing systems on the Internet since 1998.” Does the IRS and the state of California know you were in business in 1998, two years before you became a corporation? We let them know for you, your welcome. http://tstyles.greenzap.it/
“With a combined expertise that started when the Internet was born in 1991, these guys represent over 200,000 hours of Internet and computer technology” speaking of Thomas Prendergast and Mike Darling. Damn, the internet started in 92 so that is pretty good. But I want to do the math on the hours you two have put in on all of this: 200,000 hours; lets see, 40 hours a week 52 weeks a year that would be 2080 hours; now divide 200,000 by 2080 and you get 96.15 years. You two are incredible. You have 40 years combined in the business world and you are now the first to perfect time travel going back and extra 56.15 years to work 200,000 years. http://tstyles.greenzap.it/
“Developers of the first and only double opt in, verified and 3rd party verifiability email systems” another first, go guys you are greatest. http://tstyles.greenzap.it/
“Inetekk forged the only secure privacy based email system on the Internet.” ….my god, hotmail, yahoo, aol, everyone you are not secure only Inetekk. http://tstyles.greenzap.it/
To be honest, this list can go on and on. They claim to have done or invented everything. Do a google search yourself. The sad part is they are now involved in greencrap, they are now under investigation because the spotlight is focused on them. Everything here is factual and you can verify it yourself. They cannot claim they are being attacked when their own words are being quoted and the actual records of their business are presented. Inetekk may be a great company but to associate yourself with greencrap has only opened you up to intense and legal scrutiny.
Now do your own research and make your own conclusions….

Hi Jerry................I so glad to see my banking buddy here focusing on the basic elements for small or large companies that handle ecurrencies either FDIC or FDIC passthru. I recall the day you brought the Greenzap World to a Halt with your question that nobody could utter a word and all you could hear was pure silence...........not even a pin drop.
I know there was some proposed legislation into charging spammers or companies like this Inetekk with the load of emails and ad propaganda, as they clog up the internet for what should be serious effective communication on needs, business savy data exchange. I would hope that these companies would use the model that Ryze has established, for it's effective and sound.

Re: Greenzap? Latest Greatest Payment Processor
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have to address the latest move of greencrap and the company that has now attached itself to it and their claims. The company I am speaking of is inetekk.com their service via veretekk.com and their endless self promotion.
I am going to skip ahead in the greencrap scam to what they have devised and why, instead I will address the greencrap connection and finally claims by the self promoting inetekk.com and its owners Thomas Prendergast, CEO & Mike Darlng, President.
Greencrap angle: the scammers at greencrap were caught in their own scam, MLM sales of memberships without a product in violation of the RICO statute and US Title 18 of the federal criminal code. Gold membership money dried up, pump and dump is dropping the stock price as they use any money brought in from their debenture sale and other scams to buy the worthless pink stock from them using others peoples money.
What to do, what to do? First move greencrap to something that has a service that they can sell and not come under the RICO criminal statute for MLM fraud (as previously stated mlm fraud is when you sell only memberships and not products, as does greencrap).
So greencrap hooks up with a another company. They help them re-write the company info and make big claims as to appear reputable and have been around for such a long time. This based upon the recent changes to their sites and pr releases that contradict their previous information.
So greencrap hooks up with inetekk.com and their services on veretekk.com. But how does that make money for greencrap and veretekk you ask? Simple, they offer so called free GreenZap.It Profit Portal. But is it really free. No of course not. To get all the services of veretekk.com you have to upgrade. Upgrade you say, but I am already a gold member of greencrap. Yes but you are not a silver or higher member of veretekk.com. Figure it out yet………well enough about this part right now I want to get on to the big picture.
So to bring inetekk.com inc into the picture greencrap and inetekk.com need to build the illusion of inetekk.com as this very respectable, company who is the leader in so many fields and has been around for years and years.
What to do, what to do: I know let’s first put out a press release (many actually – yes just like greencrap does). What should the first press release say I know how about congratulating yourself on being in business for 10 years (http://www.24-7pressrelease.com/vie...e.php?rID=11093).
*Note: there are lots of other press releases they put out, just do a google. Also if you do a google of them it is as if they magically appeared on the web. Odd, for such a well know company to only have info about them or their “great accomplishments” only going back a few months (except a legal issue they had).
But have they really been around for 10 years……..no….not according to the California Corporate Division or the IRS. (http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/corpdata/Sh...Number=C2051571). You can call the IRS and find the other info about them. Seems like the state shows the company has only been around since: 2000. (INETEKK.COM. - Number: C2051571 - Date Filed: 5/8/2000. Not quite 10 years.
I also find it funny that such a big name company could not afford an attorney in 2004 when they lost to AOL in a case where they were trying to register names that had AOL in them to fraudulently get people to their dubious websites. America Online, Inc. v. Inetekk.com, Inc.Claim Number: FA0401000231685 (http://www.arbforum.com/domains/decisions/231685.htm). (*just for reference David E. Sorkin was Panelist., he is a noted arbitration specialist and handles thousands of cases. Please do not confuse his name with Alex Sonkin the scammer.)
So what is Inetekk and who are the owners. I won’t go into all of them but they have been involved in many get rich quick schemes. But I think everyone will enjoy all the claims that they make. You will see a pattern of claiming to be the inventor of, or the first to have done, or credited with being the first. Once you read the list you can decide for yourselves. Their timeline of events and what they say they have done do not add up. Not to mention the real inventors and creators of the systems are a bit pissed off now that we have talked to them. And yes guys you will be getting cease and desist from the various courts where each “real creator:” lives.

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
Techie - Always a pleasure to share a forum with you! Your skills out here in internet land still absolutely amaze me. GZ has been quite the roller coaster ride, to say the least. And, at least for now, the plot thickens.
No Greenzap BS: Thanks for bringing over so much information to this post, especially about the principles. It seems their resumes closely mirror two other people we know of - Alex Sonkin and Michael Bernstein. Before their latest endevours, all 4 of them seem to have nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Prendergast and Darling both say nothing of substance about themselves before inventing the interent (at least according to them!). I would think with all the collective experience the 2 of them had prior to Inetekk, they'd want to brag about the companies they worked for and with.
Perhaps the story is not in what they do say, but what they don't...

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
I think I see a veretekk trainer encouraging veretekk members to link spam blogs here:
http://www.theonlineodyssey.com/Posting_your_ads.html
Quote:
In addition to "hammering" your ads to 2 Billion sites through the Veretekk system, I encourage you to also post them on blogs and forum or message boards to boost your results while building up your leads. Don't think that posting you ad on a crowded blog or forum/message board is a waste of time due to all the competitive ads already posted. You are not posting your ad primarily to have it read. You are posting your ad to get your site indexed by the search engines. If you post on blogs and boards that already have good traffic, the search engine robots are no doubt visiting that blog or forum regularly, and you can get your sites (your Veretekk portals as well as your primary business web sites) indexed in much less time than it normally takes after submitting a site URL directly to the search engines.
This has been proved many times by Veretekk members and trainers. It's the very reason that many Gold members and trainers take the time to set up blogs and forums/boards. We post constantly on our own and on each other's blogs and forums. We are not concerned about someone else's competitive ad being read on our own blog or forum, because it's the search engine indexing and ranking that we are pursuing.

Many blogs, including mine, will not permit posting of new threads. However, many will allow you to add your comments to existing threads or articles. It doesn't matter. Your reason for adding anything to that blog is to add your own site URL's for the search engine robots to pick up.

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
Regardless of whether or not Inetekk is a bad company, it's very clear to me now that some people are out to use it as a spamming tool. It's those kind of people who always make any organization (profit or non) look bad.

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
 The BIG KaKuna
Network Marketing on the Internet will never be the same!
-----------------------------------------------------------------
I started on the Internet back in 1988 before it was even called the Internet. I was well on my way several years after that first introduction. I was on AOL in 1992. In 1993 I joined an MLM Internet company and put together a system to market their ISP (Their name was *****net). I built a website and my first web system was born. I also built a form letter database so I could keep track of my leads and send follow up letters. Then I bought a list of 5,000 PC users and mailed them the opportunity letter as well as ran a cheap classified ad. I pointed all ads to my phone number and website. I was stunned! I had massive results and found out fast, I needed a duplicatable system. I haven't quit since. I have been credited with building the first replicating website on the Internet in 1994 and the rest is history. In a matter of months I had built a downline of 15,000+ distributors. What you see here is the results of that tumultuous beginning. I understand the Internet and MLM and have spent years building this system to be the most *****ful lead generator, follow up and closing system and Internet training. I guess the best way for you to decide if this system is all that it says it is is to read the following testimonials. Then take the tour. I know you will find nothing like this anywhere else. I have built it with you in mind. It is easy to use, yet, it is the most advanced system on the Internet incorporating every aspect and type of marketing. Now it is time for you to experience success, and you can, by just employing these systems and attending the trainings.
In service and dedication,
Thomas Prendergast

Pre-marital sex is a sin. Homosexuality is a sin too. Looking at a nude person that you are not married to is a sin.

I have been in a 20 year marraige that just failed primarily over sexual frustration. I have maintained sexual monogamy throughout this marraige. Yes Pat, I am one of the few that dropped from heaven. However, never again. The news from my wife that she was leaving me did not cause me tribulation. It actually restored me as I am now free to explore new relationships. I will never get married again. I will find a new mate and I am in prayer that this is a blessing from my Lord. I know Jesus wants us to celebrate and this is my goal to balance my heavy work load with a new and vibrant relationship(s). I too am glad I stumbled onto your site as I will explore your philosophy with an open mind.
God Bless you,
Thomas

For any of the satisfied Inetekk customers reading this thread, would one of you please respond to this?
Relevant to the bios, I'd like to read the real ones, not the ..."for 25 years, Tom has...." and "...since age 15, Mike has...".
Thanks,

I see SFR has declined the invitation to come here and answer the questions.
One would have to conclude that SFR is full of BS and has no true answers.

In 1999 John retired from the Army and Air Force Exchange Service where in 1985 he helped roll out the Burger King franchise world wide for our Army and Air Force facilities. His first duty station was Giessen, Germany and he concluded his AAFES career, after some duty time at the U.S. Air Force Academy, at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado. While managing the Burger King facility at Fort Carson, his unit was once number one, with 33% bottom line, out of the over 200 AAFES BK restaurants in the United States and abroad.
From 1980 to 1985 John developed a new restaurant format with "Chilico's Chili & Otherstuffs" in Arlington, Texas. The restaurant was a chili parlor with gourmet burgers and Tex-Mex type offerings. The venture was closely tied to the international competitive chili cooking culture. He has judged three world championships in Terlinqua, Texas.
From 1968 to 1980 John averaged a promotion every two years with Alcon Laboratories, Inc., an ophthalmology and dermatology pharmaceutical company in Fort Worth, Texas. While at Alcon he held many sales and management positions including product manager in the International Division. He left the company as the national sales manager of Alcon's Specialty Products division when the 1980 recession forced out middle managers nationwide. His passion for competitive chili cooking prompted his next career move.
From his graduation at the University of Texas, Austin, in 1962 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree, until 1968 he was a retail advertising sales representative for the Miami Herald, the advertising manager for The Casa Grande Dispatch, and a sales representative for Southland Life Insurance Company in the Dallas company's Phoenix branch.

This unique combination of talents and cooperative attitudes results in an explosive creative environment within a team environment. A unique synergy between the participants gives birth to a continuous stream of visionary pieces of work.
EXECUTIVE OFFICERS:
Thomas Prendergast, President and CEO
Tom has 18 years experience in Advertsing, Marketing, and Sales Management. His experience has been demonstrated in Executive Management. Tom has a habit of recruiting the most improbable combination of talented people, throwing them together in a creative working environment, stirring the pot, and the result is "cutting edge" creations in CyberSpace.
Jeff Balmeo, Chief Operating Officer
Jeff is a graduate of UCSD and holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering. Tom and Jeff met in a toy store where Tom noted Jeff obviously had a Masters Degree in EtchaSketch. Jeff worked for Tom for several years. Tom knew Jeff was a creative genius, who not only writes "code" to beat the band, but, also demonstrates a keen sense of design, a rarity in this industry.
George Kremenek, Chief Technical Officer
George's unusal background is one of a Systems Developer for the Soviet Space Administration. He researched and developed advanced database management systems. His escape from Czechoslovakia, risked life and limb to gain freedom for his family, coming to the United States finally after many hardships. He learned to speak English, became a naturalized citizen and is currently a Head Engineer at the Super Computer Center at UCSD. Oh, by the way, he does a lot of internet stuff too. Tom's wife, Teresa, bought a siamese cat from Vivian, George's wife. When Tom and Teresa picked up Lulu, the cat, Tom meet George and the rest is history.

Barbara Barry, Marketing Manager
It is said, "You find something when you are not looking for it." This is the case with Barbara. She certainly had no designs on tumbling into an internet business, but her leadership roll in her business community, placed her at a time and place, a cyber collision ensued and her business friendship with Tom Prendergast developed into a mutual respect where business ideas were shared. She was placed squarely in the middle of a creative on line community, and the rest happened, quite by accident. Barbara has 20 years of business Marketing experience in entrepreneurial pursuits. She is a passionate and articulate contributor of creative ideas that are both profitable and educational to participants enjoying her ideas. Her business accomplishments include Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting, The Stat Store Publishing Company, and Pre-Paid Legal Services. Barbara's motto, "I can."

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
http://web.archive.org/web/200003022...--------------
Aside from friends & family,
how many new prospects did you have this month?
Do you need to know how to leverage the Internet? Do you need hundreds of new, quality prospects each month? The most important factor for success or failure is finding new prospects. We build automated lead generating systems that bring hundreds of prospects to you each month. Our systems also automatically contact hundreds of your prospects 8 times in the first month and twice a month after that, until they buy, subscribe or join. How large a company could you build, if everyone in your sales organization used this same system? Keep Reading!
David Darcangelo interviews Thomas Prendergast about the Automated Marketing System (in Real Audio)
The ***** of the "Automated Marketing System"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hundreds of new prospects, generated automatically, it starts to work, the day your members start to sign up.
The system does the selling for your organization by automatically contacting all the prospects 8 times in the first month and twice a month after that, until they either join or ask to be removed!
Your members are contacted only when their prospects are interested.
150 million internet users are now prospects, and at your member's finger tips!
Not a computer genius? Not to worry, this system is set up for you.
Here's a sampling of how the system works for you:
This will give you a glimpse of the ***** of our system, but you don't need to understand how it works, since it is automated. Just understand the magnitude!
Lead generating system that brings prospects to you, hundreds each month.
The system does the follow up for you by automatically contacting all your prospects 8 times in the first month and twice a month after that, until they join your downline.
The system does the selling for you using a series of WebPages and emails to inform, motivate, and get your prospect to take action to join.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is an example of how all the systems work. You will have separate WebPages for each system. These systems attract people who are looking to make money on the internet. When they get a free service (all the services are legitimate & valuable), they also get plugged into your email follow up system that contacts them 8 times in the first month and twice a month after that, until they join your downline.
You get 9 separate lead systems included for $25 per month
FREE WebPages FREE submission to search engines FREE software
FREE FFA sites FREE SOHO (25,000 FREE products/services) FREE daily Ezine/motivation
FREE classified ads Affiliates program WebPages for PPL
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Each of our lead generating systems puts you at Level 6.
Most people marketing on the Internet are at Level 1.
Marketing Level 1
Submit to FFA (FREE For All Links) and/or Classified ad sites.
People submit their ad to FFA and/or Classified sites
Marketing Level 2
FFA and/or Classified ad systems.
Get you own FFA and/or Classified system: Level 1 people submit to you, and you send them an email on your business.
Marketing Level 3
Ad system(s) with autoresponders.
Add an auto responders system that sends 8 emails over time to prospects. Experts agree that average prospect needs at least 7 contacts to make a sale.
Marketing Level 4
Ongoing follow up system added to Level 3.
Continue contacting each of your prospects after first 8 emails are sent. Many prospects need more follow up to start. Note that our system automates this process too and also takes away risk of spam, since all the follow up emails are processed and sent by our servers.
Our system provides all of the above, and it is all activated, automatically when you sign up. It can't get easier and it's only $25 a month.
Few people on the Internet reach this level, and if they do, they have to combine various sources, spending at least $30 per month just for 1 system (we give you 9 systems), and still have to do much of the follow up manually. But this is just the beginning, you get much more.
Marketing Level 5
Extortion marketing and training.
We incorporate hundreds of domains and thousands of unique sites in the search engines! This helps us pull massive business (People looking for you) into our systems to send them to your site. Our members only section has extensive audio/video training online and weekly live training sessions.
Marketing Level 6
The Eagles Group
Make your Internet business soar with the Eagles. This is an elite group of leaders who really want to have the unfair advantage. They exchange ideas on what's working, brainstorming extra ways to find success, etc. (membership is FREE, it just requires that you contribute information that you've gathered from using our training)
Our system provides all of the above for only $25 per month! That's right, just .67 per day!
This system really does give you
an Unfair Advantage
The ***** of testimonies
How many new associates drop out because they don't get early success ?
Now they get started with new prospects the first day.
Would that make a difference? Of course.
All this on a marketing budget of $25 per month.
In addition to the hundreds of leads per month, your business now becomes much more attractive to people. There are a lot of people who don't join a homebased business because they don't want to prospect for others in the old way. This opens the door for them to join with you, be successful, but never have to prospect in the old-fashioned manner. They can just wait and let people call them, after prospects learn about your company from emails and websites.
You get great leads, hundreds per month,
then the system does the selling for you.
This is *****ful!
Let's breakdown some of the components of this system
We have listed the individual costs if you purchased them separately from the Internet

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
While I know that this thread is about vere-inetekk, I observed this new thread this morning started by "greentruth".
http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t=11412
Now as I see it is an "exposure" program seeking to reach as many people as possible for whatever purpose its user wants to achieve. This "morethantraffic.com" seems to me to have the same purpose in mind. Just from reading the few post currently up and viewing the "newness" of the posters I am....."Curious?" shall I say. Does anyone examing this thread on VI think there might be any connection or correlation?

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
Techie: Not sure about the Inetekk/Veretekk-Globalwon connection.
Seems that GlobalWon is owned by the Happi Group.
http://www.realitymakers.com/forums/post-1043.html
Interestingly enough, Globalwon claims to be audited by Deloitte, the link provided leads here:
http://www.deloitte.com.mt/happigroup/happigroup.htm
Deloitte's Malta group page is here:
http://www.deloitte.com/dtt/home/0,1...D10920,00.html
Interestingly enough, no mention of Globalwon anywhere in the Press Releases at the deloitte.com site (which is known legit). Comparison of the pages reveals what looks like a cut and paste job, intending to fool the viewer into believing this is a real Deloitte memo. Notably, meta tags are missing, including the page title. Also the fake site was created with Front Page 5.0.
I can't get a Whois for the deloite.com.mt domain, but my suspicion it's not legit. I'll contact Deloitte later this week and find out what they say.

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
Yes, saw that too. The LFA.org.mt seems to be a legit government agency. They have an email listed there for people to contact about any of the licensed companies, should be any easy way to get the principles of the company.
I checked the regulations for a company to be licensed.

The auditing bit, from best I could tell, is optional. It is only required if the LGA demands it.

Re: Inetekk AKA Veretekk
VERETEKK FOUNDERS ACCELERATE FROM XELR8 TO GLOBALWON!
Added: (Thu Dec 08 2005)
MISSOULA, MT (December, 7, 2005) - Inetekk.com, Inc. President Mike Darling (co-founder and chief developer of the Veretekk Automated Marketing SystemTM) announced today that along with Thomas Prendergast (CEO, Inetekk.com) the creators of Veretekk have made a strategic business decision to halt the growth of their management team in promoting XELR8 TinCanCash in favor of the GlobalWon business opportunity - set to launch Friday, 12/9 at 9am PST.
The Veretekk founders pledge to pay for distributor positions in GlobalWon for each of the 30+ members that joined their core XELR8 business team within the first 5 days of their announcement to join that company. "We simply can't afford to let this one slip by!" commented Mike Darling. "GlobalWon is poised to finally fill the void of a legitimate lotto-style numbers game that's combined with a *****ful business opportunity. We have been watching carefully for years in anticipation of a company that could harness the Internet's 2nd largest overall revenue sector (online gaming) and integrate it into an explosive MLM business."
"However, we would never leave a member of our recently formed XERL8 team behind, nor do we expect them to simply absorb the cost of this new direction." Darling continued, "Therefore we will pay for a GlobalWon position for each person out of our own pockets. The opportunity is so much greater with GlobalWon, no one has second guessed this move in the slightest. This will be the biggest splash in the MLM industry since the opportunities during the dot-com boom of the late 1990's!"
GlobalWon has placed Thomas Prendergast and Veretekk as a Master Distributor direct to the company. In addition, Mr. Prendergast has been added to a 5 person advisory committee for the company. Most of the core management group from the Veretekk XELR8 team has already been placed in GlobalWon during the pre launch period last Sunday.
The TinCASHCan TinCanCash self replicating web site and marketing system that was slated to promote XELR8 and be provided to the Veretekk team at no cost will instead be shifted to promote the TriVita opportunity.
Prendergast previously developed a TriVita downline in excess of 35,000 distributors solely utilizing the Veretekk system. TinCashCan.com will now be made offered to all TriVita distributors, fully integrated with the Veretekk Silver system - all available at no cost. Unlike the traditional product/autoship model used by XELR8, TriVita distributors have the opportunity to purchase new distributors beneath them rather than product. The Veretekk Lead Generation and Automated Marketing SystemTM will be made available to distributors for FREE allowing them to generate a consistent stream of high quality premium leads.
The David D'Arcangelo, the third MLM leader involved with Darling and Prendergast will remain focused on the XELR8 business along with networking leader John Greene who has developed the TinCanCash.com web site which is planned to be completed and made available for their downline to use for a cost of $29/month.
"We are currently focused on developing a new self replicating marketing system for our GlobalWon team as well as working closely with key leaders to coordinate the announcements forthcoming with the Friday, 12/9 9am PST launch of the company." remarked Darling, "There will be several major announcements in the days to come that will establish our group as the premier business team in GlobalWon!"

"For almost 10 years we have focused exclusively on developing and refining the Veretekk system," says company co-founder, Mike Darling. Each distributor is given administrative access to all of the tools in order to directly manage and control the growth of their group. The free Veretekk system also enables the user to easily promote their GlobaWon.bz system to over 2 billion web sites, create individualized PDF marketing materials, and dynamically control where they wish to build within their GlobalWon downline.
"We have already activated the entire system for our core team," stated Winters, "It is now available for use by their entire downlines as well as any other GlobalWon distributor who wishes to use it. We are proud to be a part of Veretekk’s vision for the future of network marketing.
