Simplx Review

Tags: simplx review, simplx.com, simplx, simplx scam

Simplx is arguably the most misleading dropship companies on the [COLOR=orange ! important][COLOR=orange ! important]internet[/color][/color], because it is not a dropship company at all. They are misleading in the way that they describe themselves, they are extremely expensive, and there are no refunds. There are plenty of unhappy customers that have bought Simplx and felt misled, and the company should be avoided.

To gain full access to Simplx, it costs... are you ready?... $3,500. That 's three THOUSAND five HUNDRED dollars. With that amount of money, you could join many of the dropship companies that we actually recommend and have about three thousand dollars left over! Please believe us when we say that the high cost does NOT equal high quality when it comes to Simplx. They also offer a less expensive monthly program, but it is for a different company with less features called ClubDropship. Simplx gives this explanation on their website: ClubDropship includes limited access to our merchant supplier [COLOR=orange ! important][COLOR=orange ! important]network[/color][/color] and an introductory mentoring session for around $100 and $35 per month.

Simplx even charges users $20 just to hear the explanation of how their [COLOR=orange ! important][COLOR=orange ! important]system [COLOR=orange ! important]works[/color][/color][/color]! The president of the company makes the analogy that this is the same as colleges charging an [COLOR=orange ! important][COLOR=orange ! important]application[/color][/color] fee.

Simplx claims to be a dropshipper, when in reality, they are affiliate middlemen. Instead of allowing you to sell the products as a dropshipper, they give you permission to sell their products, and they then give you a commission. Therefore, you are not dropshipping at all. Many people sign up hoping to have dropship access, but are disappointed by the fact that they receive commissions instead. In this way, you do not have the freedom that a dropship business provides. Instead, working for commissions is like working for a company. Therefore, if Simplx is providing a service that allows their users to work for them, why not make the service free? Instead, they charge thousands of dollars.

Any [COLOR=orange ! important][COLOR=orange ! important]internet [COLOR=orange ! important]search[/color][/color][/color] will bring up a host of negative reports on Simplx. There is a plethora of information from individuals who claim to have been scammed by Simplx. We even found a forum chocked full of testimonials from people who used Simplx. A representative of Simplx joined the forum and tried to make a rebuttal, but she was chewed up by the upset members. Those who feel misled by the company have strong words against potential customers.

We recommend that you explore other options if you are interesting in dropshipping. Simplx is not the answer, as they are not a dropshipper at all. However, there are plenty of opportunities online, and there are a host of good, quality dropshippers that can provide the wholesale prices and services that you need in order to make money dropshipping.

When looking for dropshippers, be sure to compare prices, test the customer service, look for testimonials, and sign up for [COLOR=orange ! important][COLOR=orange ! important]free [COLOR=orange ! important]trials[/color][/color][/color] if they are available. Do not fall for the schemes of sneaky companies. Being ripped off is never fun, but there are plenty of opportunities to excel in the dropshipping arena. Even if you have been ripped off by a company before, take heart in the fact that there are legitimate companies out there if you know where to look. About the Author
SORRY FOR THE SECOND POST, BUT IF ANYBODY IS SERIOUS ABOUT "E-COMMERCE" YOUR BEST BET IS TO FIND A LEGIT DROP-SHIPPER WHO WILL SUPPLY ***ONLY*** THE MERCHANDISE AND SHIP IT WHILE YOU DO EVERYTHING THROUGH YOUR OWN WEBSITE. I KNOW THERE ARE A BUNCH OF DROP-SHIPPING COMPANIES THAT WORK THIS WAY SO MAYBE THAT MIGHT BE A BETTER WAY TO MAKE A FEW BUCK....BECAUSE FROM WHAT I'M SEEING HERE (AFTER CHECKING OUT ABOUT 6 OR 7 COMPANIES) IS THEY'RE 99% SCAMS.....THERE MIGHT BE 1 OR 2 LEGIT COMPANIES OUT THERE, BUT THEY'RE DAMN HARD TO FIND.....IF ANYONE NEEDS HELP WITH WEB DESIGN FOR YOUR OWN SITE I CAN HELP FOR FREE....AND FOR THOSE WANTING TO "OPEN" THEIR OWN SITE I SUGGEST OS-COMMERCE....ALL YOU NEED IS MERCHANDISE AND A PAYPAL ACCOUNT....I'VE SEEN ADS FOR "MEGAGOODS.COM" AND "DHGATE.COM" AND THEY OFFER WHOLESALE GOODS FOR "YOUR SITE OR AUCTION" SO MAYBE CHECK THAT OUT....AND FOR THE USER WHO GOT BEAT FOR $5900.00-IF THEY WERE ANYWHERE NEAR WHERE I LIVE & DID THAT TO ME THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A REALLY BIG FIRE THAT NIGHT.....GUESS WHERE.......ANYWAY, IF ANYONE NEEDS HELP WITH CODING OR SOFTWARE I'M HERE TO HELP......OH YEAH-FUCK SIMPLX!!!

Hi,

I am the CEO of Simplx and I found this forum about drop shipping and Simplx. I posted a statement regarding a lot of the negative statements and claims online about Simplx that I think you would be interested in reading. You can find it here:

Simplx is a credible company

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will try to address each of the complaints/accusations which has been stated.

First, Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state. It appears from several complaints that customers did minimal research on Simplx as a whole. The Simplx services & products are completely legitimate & highly valued products offered by the parent company: Simplicity Group. These websites are legitimate, and provide a service for thousands of satisfied customers. If you would like to know additional credible information about Simplicity Group, LLC you can view their corporate page at www.SimplicityGroup.com The Simplx model of dropshipping provides customers with discounts at over 1,900 different merchants/suppliers, and these discounts are off whatever price is listed on these supplier's website.

Simplx merchants/suppliers give up to 30% back off whatever price is listed on their websites, not just 1% as this individual has falsely stated. Yes, there are some suppliers who give lower discounts in the 1% to 5% range, but Simplx has setup partnerships with over 1,900 merchants/suppliers, and a majority of them provide discounts of over 10%.

The Simplx website does state that you can receive up to 65% off the retail price, and using the Simplx service you can absolutely do so. Many of our suppliers offer great discounts on their websites, sometimes up to 30% off retail already, then provide Simplx with another 35% as well, for a total of 65%. Simplx can confirm this promised discount amount and will firmly stand by this statement.

Simplx has been in business since 2003, and has never changed the name of the Simplx service or product. There are additional packages and products offered by the company, which have different names, but Simplx has been a constant name in dropshipping since its inception in 2003. Other products offered by Simplx include DigitalDropship.com, ClubDropship.com, and DropshipRewards.com, but these are different packages from Simplx, and as such, have different names.

Customers have stated that you need to use a credit card to purchase items using the Simplx model. This is accurate, but customer's credit card information is not forwarded to the customer of the drosphipper. The suggestion that this information is forwarded to the customer when they receive the package is entirely inaccurate and completely false. Credit card information is never passed onto customers.

Other customers have stated that Simplx trainings are performed by unqualified individuals. Each of our trainers has extensive knowledge and experience selling on eBay, and each trainer is also trained by an eBay powerseller. Simplx stands by the credibility of these trainers. Our trainers instruct customers on how to find accurate prices, and never forces them to list or price an item above the retail price. The trainers provide useful tools and directs customers to these tools, such as Auction PI, Vendio, and PriceGrabber.com Customers must decide pricing on their own, but can ask for advice if they desire. Simplx provides the help and support each customer would like, but it is up to the customer to take advantage of this help and support. If a customer chooses not to follow a trainers advice, Simplx cannot accept responsibility for a customers mistake.

Simplx has primarily focused on eBay sellers in the past, and our trainings focus on ebay selling as well. Our model does allow customers to use the service if they would like to sell products on their own website.

Simplx values each employee and has encouraged they treat all customers with the utmost respect and integrity.

Other customers complain that they couldn't get their money back, but no where do they mention anything about the Simplx refund policy. Clearly, these customers are beyond the refund deadline, and they felt Simplx should be held accountable for their negligence in not canceling before the deadline. The refund policy is stated clearly in every single invoice for every single Simplx product purchased. If a customer disagrees with this policy, they are not forced to sign up, but if they do agree to the policy, then Simplx has the responsibility to honor this policy.

Simplx does offer a Twelve (12) Month Money Back Guarantee, but customers have not been taking advantage of it. Again, if a customer chooses not to fulfill on a feature which is offered by Simplx, Simplx cannot be held accountable for this customer's choice.

Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money. Because we care about each customer, we encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience with Simplx. Customers can know that any feedback or complaints they would like to send to Simplx can be done so via email at Feedback@Simplx.com Simplx can usually provide responses to any complaints within 1 business day to any customer who submits a complaint at this email address. We are confident we can resolve your concern or complaint, even if we need to provide free products or services to do so.

Simplx.com is committed to providing the best products, services, and customer service possible. Simplx responds to complaints filed with the BBB as quickly as possible, and has been able to resolve almost all of the complaints filed. The number of complaints filed against Simplx represents less than one tenth of 1% of all customers which Simplx has worked with. We would also like to recognize the information quoted at the beginning of this response. Although 145 cases have been opened, 142 of them have been resolved. Simplx has only 3 complaints which have not yet been resolved, but is currently working on resolving them.

Simplicity Group, LLC has been on the INC 500 list of top companies for two consecutive years. For the year 2009, Simplicity Group was listed as a 500X company. In 2008, they were ranked 94th. The data this individual has chosen to provide comes from the 2009 ranking.

Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money. For one reason or another, I have had to miss two training appointments and they still treat me with a good deal of respect and understanding. They rescheduled me. They are not, at all, difficult to get a hold of, they even have people answering their phone calls after hours.
I don't think they are a bad company to sign up with, you just need to have a specific purpose for doing so. Do your research before signing up, make sure it's something that can fit into your business model. Also, always keep in mind that retail is a hard business, signing up doesn't promise profits; you have to make that happen through hard work and motivation. DigitalDropShip.com is a great way to expand your product line and they have a pretty darn good eBay set up as well.
They aren't bad at all. Just do it for the right reasons!
You have been dragged into there little hell hole of suckers. All they do is give you access to brand name stores (some not) and you pay no less there than you would just going to the store in your car. Get your money back and save yourself.

Actually, you should have used a second quote tag to make that appear correctly, like I did above. Your post should have looked like this;

Your impling that I (nomaxim) made those statements. I did not as I quoted them from the BBB Report in which I gave a link to also.

In fact, I have not even commented on the BBB Report, as yet.

Simplx Works

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this individual has stated.

Re: Simplx.com

Alright this is getting kinda annoying.

I simply don't understand the reasoning behind bringing up complaint threads from 2 or 3 years ago.

Especially from a company that has a bad BBB report (D+ Rating) because of delays in responding to complaints. They must think that by proving the BBB complaints right they are achieving something and that by bumping all the old complaints back up to the top of Google search results it will also achieve something.

I've sent a request to a MOD to have all 8 threads on this topic merged.

Funny thing is that I haven't seen them (Simplx) respond to any of the 67 threads about them over at the ebay forums.

Simplx is committed to providing the best possible services, and it is the goal of the public relations department to inform all interested customers of Simplx intentions. We are currently working on responding to any and all complaints with the company, and working on resolving any past or current concerns any past customers or current customers may have.

Simplx would like to point out that less than one tenth of 1% of customers who have come in contact with Simplx have filed a complaint with the BBB. Of the 145 complaints the BBB has received for Simplx, 142 of have been resolved.

The Simplx Public Relations department is currently working on resolving all complaints, wherever they may be found. Some may take additional time, but we are confident they can be resolved.

Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Re: Simplx.com

Yes, yes, yes.

Are you a real person or a bot? You've posted pretty much the same dribble almost a dozen times already. On internet forums like this that can be considered spam.

For example,
Quote:
The Simplx Public Relations department is currently working on resolving all complaints, wherever they may be found. Some may take additional time, but we are confident they can be resolved.
Many of the posts you are responding to are 2,3, even 4 years old. The people that made these complaints have not even logged into this website (Scam.com) in years. They are likely never going to see your response's and you have not as yet responded to any of them by their username anyway. So how the fuck are you going to resolve them now?

Besides, it's already obvious that Simplx can not even keep their stories straight.

For example, Post #6 (from this thread),

Simplx.com, is not Zibus.com. We are no longer affiliated with Zibus in any way, nor are we a division of Zibus. We are*not*Zibus under a different name.

Zibus is a marketing group owned and operated by Zibus, LLC. Zibus licensed technology from Simplicity in order to create a dropship company. However, Simplicity revoked all future license agreements with Zibus due to marketing tactics that the management team at Simplicity does not condone. Simplx will continue to serve all current Zibus Dealers and they will continue to receive the benefits they have always enjoyed, but Zibus is no longer authorized to sell anything which Simplx has designed or created.
So in 3 and a half years you have gone from having 'not being affiliated in any way' to 'no longer being affiliated with'. Now even though the Utah Department of Commece Business Registration for Zibus LLC shows different infromation then that of Simplicity Group LLC there was still the little matter of Zibus Tech,
(Sorry, but the links are not staying active. You will have to renter the search parameters, 'Simplicity Group' or 'Zibus'. Most apologies.

So you see people knew years ago that the statements by Ms. Ball were false. They were either a error on her part or a lie.

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible.
The WhoIs info for Simplx.com shows the website domain was created on 14DEC2005, only 4 years ago,

So again the information provided is false, it is either a error or a lie. And per the link above to the Utah business registration for Simplicity Group LLC,

Simpicity Group has been registered for almost 7 years. So I'd imagine that they were doing something between 25JAN2002 and 14DEC2005 when Simplx.com was registered, a period of 3 years.

Again, Post #59 from the 'Zibus.com Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' thread ,

Again, the BBB Report shows a D+ rating. That is a below average rating. It is 'unsatisfactory' as far as the BBB and most consumers are concerned. And per a post at McAfee's siteadvisor.com/sites/www.Simplx.com your company has had a 'unsatisfactory' rating with the BBB for at least 2 years now.

The Better Business Bureau reports that simplex has an unsatisfactory record with them,
Here's a off the wall thought. Maybe instead of responding to all these complaints from years ago you move over to the Customer Service Department and start working on getting that BBB rating up. The detailed BBB report shows that those 142 complaints break down to;
64 in the last 2-3 years
56 in the last 1-2 years
22 in the last year
The number of complaints per year has dropped ~65% in the last two years. It is the delayed response time (13 complaints) that is holding the BBB rating down. That and the comparison to other business's shows that out of 447 companies in your demographic 305 have had no complaints and that 75 of them have had less then 4 complaints over a 3 year period. So just in the last year your company has received 5 times the number of complaints that most of your competitors have gotten in the last 3 years.

Besides, your company may also want to remember that consumers do not need you. You need consumers, because without them you have no business. And it may be a good idea to use the complaints (at the BBB and on the net) a little more constructively. Consumers are telling you why they are unhappy and have been for years but you only recently appear to be listening. And I cannot help but wonder if this (siteanalytics.compete.com/simplx.com) may have something to do with the sudden urgency on Simplx's part.

Oh, and by the way, for the other readers of this thread, simplerants.wordpress.com,

Re: Simplx.com

Simplx is one of the worst scam groups that exist. They profit from us, people that had a need to make some extra money. They are extortionists, and they would say anything so that you would take any of their packages. This individuals have tons of queries in Utah and on tons of sites.

I really recommend people not to use this company or anything related to them. They claim that they can help you make a business and what they do is business from your money, since you would never receive a refund.

This people are the worst SCAMMERS, and yes... I am very real and I got scammed $550.00 USD FROM THIS PEOPLE.

Take care people and do research before investing with this people...

Regards,

surfer75

Re: Simplx.com

Agreed.

I am still angry how they suckered me into believing their crap and then after you sign their paperwork you can't get a refund no matter how hard you try...I tried and got nowhere.

Big Fat Scammers is what they are! Lying thieves and I wonder how these scumbag ripoff con artists sleep at night.

I can only hope that this info saves someone else from getting ripped off! SIMPLX = Just Say No!!!
