Who does this affect? This has affected numerous customers as well as the designers because website jobs never get completed though the customer pays a portion up front, as indicated by the numerous complaints that are starting to appear a crossed the internet.
I along with many other web designers have all been scammed through this process. The Global Infusion site itself was created and designed through this process in which I, nor the other designers ever got paid for.

Yes we were the client and GOT Scammed. We complained to BBB http://www.la.bbb.org/BusinessReport...nyID=100078219 did not get resolved. Numerous emails stating that he would pay us back and nothing. We are now suing him. This was back in December when he took our money and there was no negative information on this clown. Now we see that he has another name. As you can see, Doug is asking me not to bring down a site that I clearly have no issue bringing down. Why do I have no issue... It's only a wordpress, and another one can be brough up within 1 hour.
As you can see, the issue was easily resolved. Also, as you read, I was unaware of what I was being involved in. Like I mentioned. I am the real Freddie Avila and what ever web developers I've hired, they've all been paid in full. I have stacks and stacks of Money Gram and Western Union transactions to prove it. (i've attached several MG and WU invoices to show that I do pay my debts).

You seem to be contradicting yourself here, Freddie. First you state you have never hired anyone, then you say you have. It seems telling the truth is not one of your strong points.
Secondly, as mentioned by amystdesign above, why are you using Western Union and Moneygram to make payments? They are the trademark of the professional scammer. It also throws up another interesting point about you paying in cash - are you paying your taxes correctly, or is tax evasion another area of expertise for you?

What a special guy this person is. He (they) stole roughly $10,000.00 from me through a months worth of projects. It left me homeless and starting over.
He had me up night after night, working on countless projects with the promise of paying and never did. This guy (guys) must be stopped!!!! Please, anyone out there, band together with me on this. Who's an athiest? I sure am not. I'm Catholic. It's real simple. I hired William Franklin, he did some work for me, I asked him to register several Domain names for me. He did. As for what he did, I was not aware of. If you have those telephone numbers that were used, trace them. If you have email addresses etc. follow the IP Addresses. I'm based in Whittier, prior to that West LA. As for me and my Western Union payments, how else was I suppose to pay him. This is before I knew of Money Bookers. Also, honestly I've read to many bad problems with Paypal.

Yes, there are many freddie avila's I finally took the time to read many of these post. One was in regards to www.eddieavila.com Also, Some say William and I are the same person, that's not true. I hired William from Scriptlance. I had him register Global Infusion for me, then I honestly began to travel with the company I was working with. A few weeks later I received a call From someone by the name of Ken, telling me about William, I then contacte William, he confirmed all the work he had been doing for me by remote assistance. Ken wanted to take my projects but he only knew frontpage, so I said NO. Next thing you know, Ken is posting messages that William was me, that's how I became involved. I personally Don't know anything about Web Developement, I don't pretend to, or even offer my services to work for anyone. Will, finish my work, I was happy with the results and Yes, I will use him again. Like mentioned I've only worked with (3). William, Carol and Ankit from india, I'm still working with Carol and Atkit. I have more projects. I always pay. Why, because, why would I want this issue?
Then let me word that differentely, I did not hire anyone posting HERE. I did Hire William many years ago, he did complete my work. I also continue to work with Carol Who I've know for over 15 years and I currently have Ankit working on a rental site for me. When I had hired William, I was contacted by someone named Ken. He warned me about William, had William explain himself, and I went forward with him. Ken found me because William Registered Global Infusion for me. Ken then began posting that we were partners, I did cuss him out, he took it down, and eventually it changed to William was me. It real simple, I don't do work for anyone, I don't hire anyone but Carol, Ankit and If I need him, William. Sorry, all of you got screwed, trust me, I've been there. But It was not me...

Here's whats really crazy, these thieving folks are using my work!!! I designed 'Nothing But Web Design', 'Nothing But Programming' and 'Your Small Business Center' websites!!!! All of which are under Freddie Avila's name! William had me do these sites and never paid me for it! I have the raw files with dates to prove it!! Freddie and William have to be working together. William/Freddie or whoever the hell they are owes more close to $10,000.00 for all the above websites and other work!!!!
