Air-trekkers jumping stilts scam

On internet (online) I have purchased jumping stilts (pads and buckles) from air-trekkers company. After just a few sessions( 2 sessions) on the stilts,the stilts have broken. When I asked for the replacement they never responded back. When I called them again & again they were really rude to me. While purchasing they promised me many things. But unfortunately they never kept their promises,They never returned my Money back, nor replaced the stilts nor repaired them. Really I don't have time to go legally otherwise I would have bring them to court of justice. Hereby I request everyone not to buy the products from air-trekkers.. Please pass on to this every one for awareness...At least I can save other people buying products from these scammers...I'm pretty much sure there would be so many cases similar to mine..I hope they all should read this message & save others purchasing products at Air trekkers.

1. RE: Scam

2. RE: Customer Service:

3. RE: Mr. Hill

AT springs are made of millions of carbon fiber threads. The patent holder has even said that 2-3% may arrive defective. That's why we have a STANDARD policy to replace any and all parts for a full year.

Mr. Hill unfortunately received a defective spring and it broke within days.

I took Mr. Hills calls and immediately agreed to replace his springs -- which is standard procedure. Instead of trying to resolve his issue, he repeatedly said he was going to sue our company. I never replied with rudeness, yet simply stated our standard policy, to take a picture of the spring, for processing the warranty claim, so we can send off a new spring. Mr. Hill never sent our office a picture, nor did he ever respond or call after my requests. OUR standard policy still remains open to Mr. Hill.

With the internet, anyone can vent emotions, but these false, unwarranted, even libel comments can ruin an admirable company. Our staff has 25 years of fortune 500, executive experience.... we want you to know the truth about our company!

It is our policy to assist any customer -- the same is true with Mr. Hill. However, due to the slanderous tone of Mr. Hill's comments, our legal staff is looking into these comments and is checking to see if Mr. Hill's comments warrant action.

What Steve said might be right. Me & my friend brought 2 sets of stilts, But they never last long.

They have broken in just 10 Days . After my set was broken then I have checked my friends SET & I found some minute cracks on his set either, I told him to exchange the pair but he never had time to exchange them, Finally one bad day while jumping..the stilts had broken & he fell down & broken his legs, He had multiple fractures on the Legs.

When we approached the customer care they replied us about the terms & conditions & started saying that its our negligence etc etc.They spoke to us in such a way that we (me & my friend) wantedly broken them & they finally decided that It's not the SET fault but its mine & my friend's fault in handling the stilts. My friend was put into tears & we have no means to fight with them because these people are financially sound & they have money,they can do whatever they want.

However I strongly feel that Air-trekkers are selling Duplicate products.


P.S. Testimonials can be written by your own or might be your staff or relatives or friends....who knows??

Hi All..I'm Matt Gille. Even I'm one of the victims of Air-trekkers jumping stilts duplicate scams. At start I felt happy with this product (see my testimonial at
(http://www.air-trekkers.com/testimonials/) I used 'em for a while. Few days ago when I was in a session all of sudden the left stilt springs got jammed & I fell aside, fortunately I was not hurt. I never touched it again.

I request Air trekkers webmaster or management (or who ever it is) to remove my testimonial from their site. I have already send an e-mail asking for the same & also called them but no proper response.So, Guys please be aware of duplicate product scams.

I personally own a pair of Air-Trekker jumping stilts and couldn't be happier with them. When I was ready to purchase I called the 3 of the bigger vendors and Air-trekkers was by far the most helpful.

I have not had any problems with my stilts. Are you sure you bought the correct size?

I also have a hard time believing you received no customer service as the two times I called whomever I spoke with was super helpful and very nice.

These posts are alarmin and quite concerning. Imagine being in business for years, having sold over 4000 units, and suddenly in one month ,posts like this surface. Something smells fishy here!

I not sure what is going on here....maybe a competitor is telling guys to write....but Air-Trekker jumping stilts ARE NOT DUPLICATE PRODUCTS!!! And ALL testimonials ARE REAL!

Why would anyone write such a thing?

Just logged in back after many days. Good Karma, I don't know who the hell is James Methvin, Matt gille etc etc.. & U either....Over here People are sharing their bitter experiences that they had with Air-trekker products or Simply Say they are doing awareness program of Air-trekkers duplicate products cheating. In my case I have provided all the proofs to Air-trekkers company, I have send all the photos, big covering letter & I did everything from my side explaining the problem that I have had with their product. NOT ONCE.....But

MANY MANY TIMES I CALLED THEM, I SPOKE TO THEM, I REQUESTED THEM, I BEGGED THEM ON PHONE.... I PROVIDED THEM WHAT EVER THEY WANT...But the response was a BiG "..ZERO...". Now I'm realizing why the Hell I was crazy to Buy Jumping

I have been unable to find a BBB report for this business. You can file a complaint with the BBB at bbb.org/us/Consumer-Complaints/. The BBB is not a law enforcement agency but a non-profit group that works to mediate consumer-merchant relations. The BBB also rates business' on how they respond to such complaints. A complaint to the BBB usually takes 30-35 days to resolve.

If you feel that further action is necessary you can file a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General.

Hey, I'm looking into getting some jumping stilts... maybe, depends on if i can find a pair i trust, that has a return policy incase i decide they aren't right for me... ANYWAY this steve4ever guy posted 4 messages under 3 different names.

He spams &(ampersan), Capitalizes after commas...and doesn't use spaces after ellipsis, capitalizes Random words, and abuses the word session. On top this, his familiarity with the english symantic, which is the rules of english pertaining to word order(spicy chicken=english, chicken spicy=latin based; pollo caliente) is skeptical. I just am suprised that he was too stupid to include the link to HIS fake jumping stilts.

Now I just might end up getting some of these things, and if I do, I'll report on them in detail. I think if these things work, they're effing amazing and could begin to change the way we basicaly get around.
