Yeah, I have to agree. obama has demonstrated 'abuse of *****' to a degree never seen in this country. And this is inside 4 months. Because he has the media running interference for him, this will continue for a little while yet.
I will say this now, for the record. The reason this forum is so slow these days is because our left is stunned. They do not know what to begin attempting to defend first. Everywhere they turn, they are confronted by a takeover, by a government running amok. Anyone can do the math on the deficits he has created, anyone can do the math on the lies he is telling about health care and the environment. But until there is some kind of visible dissent from the left--and they risk being frozen out of press conferences and the like and so must be very careful--this will continue.
But I have seen the cracks in the foundation, and the press are like slavering wolves--once it is open season on the savior, it is likely to open a floodgate. Maybe they can find their fucking souls somewhere in the wreckage, but I doubt it.
This might, in the end, turn out to be the real coming together for our county and it's various factions. It could be that he turns out to be 'the uniter' after all, just not in the way he intended.
Traditional left and right politics diverge in many key areas, and need to for our system to work. But this guy, and his jefe' soros, believe in shit that virtually no one else wants.

Well lets hope this whole climate bill, or what ever you want to call it dies a quick death in the senate. Though seeing as how this pushed through the house. I am worried. This is bad bill. This is bad for America.
I mean this is not backed by science at all. This bill is meant to separate us from our hard earned dollars.
Why not just say you are going to tax us. As opposed to trying to sugar coat it with saying you are trying to protect the environment. This bill is nonsense, and needs to be defeated.

They need to speak out against the Lies, the deception, the lack of common sense, the lack of transparency, the shredding of our constitution, and the lack of any fiscal discipline.
I mean the election is over, its not about voting out a party, now its about demanding accountability for our leaders

People, please don't kid yourself. There isn't thimble full of monkey piss of difference between the two parties. They are ALL corporate whores and could give a fat rat's ass what you and I think.
Our ENTIRE system is broken and there is no mechanic in sight to fix it. Until Americans get off of their lazy asses instead of catching the next episode of American Idol or worried about missing soccer practice; NOTHING is going to change.
Perhaps when this bill passes and people can't afford to drive to work and their Granny can't cool her house when it's 95 degrees outside, they'll get their tongues out of their respective party's asses and realize that BOTH of them suck!

This is a perfect example why we the people should vote every single member of Congress out of office during their next election regardless of who they are or what party they belong to.
It is time to start completey over with all new people. Get rid of all the old guard and perhaps we can get rid of some of the corruption that surrounds life long politicians.
Any member who votes on a bill without reading it has no business representing anyone. Their job is to look out for us, not railroad us.
We need all new people and then we need term limits and then we need criminal prosecutions for all those accepting the graft and corruption we seem to see everyday.
I would rather have a grade school graduate with common sense representing me than a lawyer with "connections" who spend his or her time in Congress fattening their own pockets and retirement.

Once upon a time, a young lad was born without a belly button. In its place was a silver screw. All the doctors told his mother that there was nothing they could do.
