Tell people there's NO selling, NO phone calls, NO recruiting, NO Follow-up, NO 'relationship building', NO 'hassling' family & friends, NO no no no this & that, just cash the big checks that'll poor in from using our shiny new "automated system"!
They sign up in droves. They throw TONS of money at you!
When all the dust settles, POOF! your gone! On to the next 'system', & the next round of suckers that want something for nothing!; some cutting edge 'system' that'll 'do it all for them'!
And apparently, tons of people fall for it every time it seems.
Sad but true.
Can you do that and sleep at night?
Some can, & do. This commission robot scam is one of em, IMO.
Sorry to see so many people lose, not only their money, time and effort, but more importantly, their dreams of breaking free from the bondage of their b-o-r-i-n-g jobs.

My only real 'advice'?, START with a great product or service.

I heard Darren Gaudry stepped down from Commission Robot and I found this to be true when I confirmed with Robot Support. I was wondering where you got this information from and if you know why he stepped down? Curious. I'm not looking for assumptions or opinions, just facts if you know.

I just wanted to thank you in advance and for giving me the courage to request a refund on this project. (Email confirmation from both clickbank and SWReg, although I have not checked the account yet). In fact, because I found this site I realised I that I actually could request a refund. I was thinking my money was just gone, full stop.
I sent an email to clickbank pointing out that I was actually requesting a refund within 60 days from the launch of the product even though my holding fee was paid almost a month before the launch. I had email confirmation of refund within 48 hours, in fact next business day.
On Tuesday Sydney time 6am I called the number for Digital River (SWReg) posted on this site, asked for a supervisor who could authorise a refund, was not transferred, it was a difficult conversation but he agreed to send an email, on my behalf, directly to SWReg (not copied to CR) giving my order numbers, email address and this website address. I was told to wait 1-3 days for an email. Again, within 24 hours I had a copy email to them that my account had been refunded.
Those before me obviously set the pattern because it was really just a question of asking. What concerns me is that there will be people who don't ask and it will be those who don't think it can happen because it is an internet transaction - no paperwork/contract etc.
My beef with commission robot was lack of communication. We got heaps before it launched. Paranoid or not it was beginning to seem like I got no information unless I contacted them and then it seemed like I was being penalised for contacting them, i.e. clicks would go down for a few days ! I wouldn't be surprised if the system is running for a select few but I certainly feel like I was squeezed out. It felt like someone was controlling who would stay and who would go. Why have us in in the first place though, seems pointless unless to gain the money earnt (interest, i.e. profitable clicks) from our investment and then keep what is not claimed back. However, I still don't understand the point, if he is already wealthy.
I'm just grateful I can start again.

Although Mazumah and Greenzap are no longer active the owner, DW, is still free to continue scamming because not enough victims came forward to make an official complaint.

Someone asked me how these crooks can keep getting away with these types scams... Well, you are starting to see the answer right here... If we don't have at least 3/4's (or more) of the people here file complaints then we have failed other's... Because we would have at least tried to do our best at stopping an 'Outright Fraud' on the public that we were directly involved with...
I am also not hearing many here 'Sounding The Warning Bell'... many who are
reading this need to file a complaint and then get on this forum to encourage

2. Managed Marketing Campaigns - $249.00 per month with the same type of returns

Man what a road. Thanks to all of you for the support. With out all of you don't know if it could have been pulled off. What next Class Action Suit?
I will now place my complaints to the authorities.
Still waiting on Clickbank to wake up and smell the roses though. They will come around.

And not only that, but you should want to put a stop to him because

I've made it sooo easy for you... We Need the 'Numbers' of you to file these complaints so that when these authorities see the number of complaints they will 'quickly' take 'action' against this 'fraudster' to stop him from hurting others!

In a past post I talked about my past experiences and how I had been involved in some programs where there were multi-millions of dollars stolen from members...
and that some people had commited suicide over the 'fraud that was perpetuated on them' (I personally know of x2 sets of husband/wife's that commited suicide over being scammed).
Someone asked me how these crooks can keep getting away with these types scams... Well, you are starting to see the answer right here... If we don't have at least 3/4's (or more) of the people here file complaints then we have failed other's... Because we would have at least tried to do our best at stopping an 'Outright Fraud' on the public that we were directly involved with...
I am also not hearing many here 'Sounding The Warning Bell'... many who are
reading this need to file a complaint and then get on this forum to encourage

Hi All
Just received my scammed loot today.Phoned CC company and verified payments credited to account.
I just wanted to really thank Mr Robert K
and Co for all their support and persistance in helping all the scammed robot members.Just wondering where
the other 400 members are,surely they are also being scammed.Will file complaints with realtive authorities.I am currently based In UK and wanted to know if one should submit them to all 3 countries, probably should.Will keep you updated.Thanks again , at least the money will now be put to better use than the scam, conned commission robot.

Darren Gaudry/Commission Robot Has Conveniently Made All Video Testimonials and all text, etc. about how well you could do, etc. totally disappear from the Internet and all his websites and YouTube.com. AMAZING!
I was able to only print out part of a text page that was cached (saved) on the Internet (enclosed)! Trying to cover his tracks is only making him look guiltier than ever!
I was able to finally find a video sales page on Commission Robot that I listed at the top of the page.
The Commission Robot package is not functioning as advertised. There is no evidence that this program is working properly; and no accounting for the $400+ in advertising budget for the month.
This product was not promoted as a "work in progress". Darren Gaudry has claimed through his 'support staff' that he has 'strepped down' from this program (which I believe is a total 'LIE') and he and his staff are continuing to perpetuate this fraud!

In a past post I talked about my past experiences and how I had been involved in some programs where there were multi-millions of dollars stolen from members...
and that some people had commited suicide over the 'fraud that was perpetuated on them' (I personally know of x2 sets of husband/wife's that commited suicide over being scammed).
Someone asked me how these crooks can keep getting away with these types scams... Well, you are starting to see the answer right here... If we don't have at least 3/4's (or more) of the people here file complaints then we have failed other's... Because we would have at least tried to do our best at stopping an 'Outright Fraud' on the public that we were directly involved with...
I am also not hearing many here 'Sounding The Warning Bell'... many who are
reading this need to file a complaint and then get on this forum to encourage

Reason For This Request:
Darren Gaudry was promoting Commission Robot as an automated program that would search out the profitable Click Bank products and as people made purchases of these internet business products, we as affiliates would make commissions off of the sales of these products. Our Click Bank affiliate I.D. #s would rotate through the Pay Per Click advertising that Commission Robot would be placing through our (the members monthly fees).
Darren Gaudry/Commission Robot: The Company that would charge us a monthly fee. At first we were told that it would be aprox. $147.00 a way to sucker us in for the moment when he opened the program and then told us there would be x4 levels: $147, $247, $347, & $447 per month.
Now that he was going beyond the $150.00 per month level he had to use another merchant account/payment processor because Click Bank has a maximum amount a customer can be charged which is $150.00 (in very rare cases it could go a little higher).
So, now he would use a company called SWERG (see my email receipt for the $486.57. Darren Gaudry has used this company numerous times in the past opportunities he has run. The problem with SWERG is that they make it impossible to communicate with them to get a refund, etc. You have to go to their website and make a request which they send to the company your inquiring about they do not do anything else unless the company you are inquiring about does not respond in 3 days it is an endless circle with them, and Darren Gaudry knows this.
Who Is Click Bank: Founded in 1998, ClickBank is the online retail outlet for over 12,000 digital product vendors and their more than 100,000 active affiliates. ClickBank makes a sale somewhere in the world every three seconds. They serve over 200 countries, and are consistently ranked as one of the most highly trafficked sites on the web. They are highly respected in the industry.
We as members of Darren Gaudrys/Commission Robot would need to have an affiliate I.D. through Click Bank as these were the products hi program would be promoting.
The reason I believe Darren Gaudry did not want to use Click Bank also for our monthly payments to Commission Robot: Because they have a very good reputation and refund policy if there is a problem then you will immediately get your money back through Click Bank.
When Darren first opened the program he charged us $97.00 to lock in our positions with Commission Robot and when he was not able to make the program work many of us members requested our $97.00 back and Click Bank immediately refunded our money (see enclosed email receipt of my refunded $97 through Click Bank).
When Darren opened the program on 4-17-09 he shocked us with x4 levels of entry and then used fear to sell us. We were told that we had to at that time pick what level of entry we wanted and that there would be no way we could change our level of participation once we made our choice of the $147, $247, $347, or $447 level.
For many of us we chose the level that would give us the highest level of return, the $447. And with that level we could expect x4 times the return that you would get on the $147 level.
Starting with the 3rd day of the program starting and for a total 5 days us members received decent clicks and from then on garbage 1-2 clicks a day¬meaning 5 out of 26 days were decent in clicks, yet many, many of us have not had even 1 sale/commission.
I believe Darren was using his own email lists to generate much of those clicks, etc. Darren has never proven to us how he spent our money, etc.
All Too Many Of Us Know Is That We Have Not Even Made Any Money At All With This Program! What A JOKE!
Before Darren went Live with the program he had used a few members as test subjects/testimonials for the program:
Here are a few examples that were on the video testimonials direct from the testing members Darren Gaudry/Commission Robot put $50.00 into each of their Pay Per Click advertising; they would show us their Click Bank accounts and personally give us their testimony etc. Chris Andrews had sales in 4 out of 7 days and in 3 weeks made over $557.00; Richard Williams had 11 sales week ending 3-11 for a total of $542.00 in commissions; Bill had 6 sales from 3-8 thru 3-13 for $192.00 in Commissions; and Walt ?-Kreutzman had 5 sales in 2 days and for the testing did over $800.00+ in commissions.
Darren Gaudry/Commission Robot Has Conveniently Made All Video Testimonials and all text, etc. about how well you could do, etc. totally disappear from the Internet and all his websites and YouTube.com. AMAZING!
I was able to only print out part of a text page that was cached (saved) on the Internet (enclosed)! Trying to cover his tracks is only making him look guiltier than ever!
I was able to finally find a video sales page on Commission Robot that I listed at the top of the page.
The Commission Robot package is not functioning as advertised. Many of us ex-members went to the website www.scam.com and started a campaign to get our money back. My name on that site is “ScammedAgain?” at http://scam.com/showthread.php?t=117129 . We were able to provide documentation and proof of this scam. But we believe that they were now willing to provide refunds even though they ‘emphatically’ stated “NO REFUNDS”, so that members would not start filing complaints. Well our members are encouraged to stop this kind of fraud and agreed to start filing complaints with the various agencies!

The Commission Robot package is not functioning as advertised.
Darren Gaudry promoted this product as an automatic system that would create and place marketing ads to drive traffic to our affiliate links where we would make commissions based upon traffic conversions through an automated 'robot/spider' that would find the best 'Click Bank' computer related products with good commission ratios.
Yet after x2 months many, many members did not even have one sale.
There is no evidence that this program is working properly; and no accounting for the $400+ in advertising budget for the month.
This product was not promoted as a "work in progress".
Darren Gaudry has claimed through his 'support staff' that he has 'stepped down' from this program (which I believe is a total 'LIE') and he and his staff are continuing to perpetuate this fraud!

(try and edit this a little – change some wording around a little, etc. so it doesn’t look like were just “cookie-Cutting” our complaint… probably doesn’t make too much of a difference… especially if we get a lot of complaints filed)

Reason For This Request:
Darren Gaudry was promoting Commission Robot as an automated program that would search out the profitable Click Bank products and as people made purchases of these internet business products, we as affiliates would make commissions off of the sales of these products. Our Click Bank affiliate I.D. #s would rotate through the Pay Per Click advertising that Commission Robot would be placing through our (the members monthly fees).
Darren Gaudry/Commission Robot: The Company that would charge us a monthly fee. At first we were told that it would be aprox. $147.00 a way to sucker us in for the moment when he opened the program and then told us there would be x4 levels: $147, $247, $347, & $447 per month.
Now that he was going beyond the $150.00 per month level he had to use another merchant account/payment processor because Click Bank has a maximum amount a customer can be charged which is $150.00 (in very rare cases it could go a little higher).
So, now he would use a company called SWERG (see my email receipt for the $486.57. Darren Gaudry has used this company numerous times in the past opportunities he has run. The problem with SWERG is that they make it impossible to communicate with them to get a refund, etc. You have to go to their website and make a request which they send to the company your inquiring about they do not do anything else unless the company you are inquiring about does not respond in 3 days it is an endless circle with them, and Darren Gaudry knows this.
Who Is Click Bank: Founded in 1998, ClickBank is the online retail outlet for over 12,000 digital product vendors and their more than 100,000 active affiliates. ClickBank makes a sale somewhere in the world every three seconds. They serve over 200 countries, and are consistently ranked as one of the most highly trafficked sites on the web. They are highly respected in the industry. We as members of Darren Gaudrys/Commission Robot would need to have an affiliate I.D. through Click Bank as these were the products hi program would be promoting.
The reason I believe Darren Gaudry did not want to use Click Bank also for our monthly payments to Commission Robot: Because they have a very good reputation and refund policy if there is a problem then you will immediately get your money back through Click Bank.
When Darren first opened the program he charged us $97.00 to lock in our positions with Commission Robot and when he was not able to make the program work many of us members requested our $97.00 back and Click Bank immediately refunded our money (see enclosed email receipt of my refunded $97 through Click Bank).
When Darren opened the program on 4-17-09 he shocked us with x4 levels of entry and then used fear to sell us. We were told that we had to at that time pick what level of entry we wanted and that there would be no way we could change our level of participation once we made our choice of the $147, $247, $347, or $447 level.
For many of us we chose the level that would give us the highest level of return, the $447. And with that level we could expect x4 times the return that you would get on the $147 level.
Starting with the 3rd day of the program starting and for a total 5 days us members received decent clicks and from then on garbage 1-2 clicks a day¬meaning 5 out of 26 days were decent in clicks, yet many, many of us have not had even 1 sale/commission.
I believe Darren was using his own email lists to generate much of those clicks, etc. Darren has never proven to us how he spent our money, etc.
All Too Many Of Us Know Is That We Have Not Even Made Any Money At All With This Program! What A JOKE!
Before Darren went Live with the program he had used a few members as test subjects/testimonials for the program:
Here are a few examples that were on the video testimonials direct from the testing members Darren Gaudry/Commission Robot put $50.00 into each of their Pay Per Click advertising; they would show us their Click Bank accounts and personally give us their testimony etc. Chris Andrews had sales in 4 out of 7 days and in 3 weeks made over $557.00; Richard Williams had 11 sales week ending 3-11 for a total of $542.00 in commissions; Bill had 6 sales from 3-8 thru 3-13 for $192.00 in Commissions; and Walt ?-Kreutzman had 5 sales in 2 days and for the testing did over $800.00+ in commissions.
Darren Gaudry/Commission Robot Has Conveniently Made All Video Testimonials and all text, etc. about how well you could do, etc. totally disappear from the Internet and all his websites and YouTube.com. AMAZING!
I was able to only print out part of a text page that was cached (saved) on the Internet (enclosed)! Trying to cover his tracks is only making him look guiltier than ever!
I was able to finally find a video sales page on Commission Robot that I listed at the top of the page.
The Commission Robot package is not functioning as advertised. I am requesting a full credit of the $486.57 that it has cost me for something that has turned out to be a deceit and a lie!
I did get my money back as refund from Darren Gaudry's merchant processor SWReg/Digital River, even though they made it very difficult and my bank also issued a chargeback against this scam!
Darren Gaudry has claimed through his 'support staff' that he has (staff stated) strepped down from this program (which I believe is a total 'LIE') and he and his staff are continuing to perpetuate this "FRAUD' on the public... This needs to be stopped... Darren Gaudry is 'stealing' peoples 'hard earned' money!

between me and other family members we had 5 accounts we went for 2 months but we cancellled all 5 accounts last week and heard from swreg this morning that all money will be refunded in 5-7 business days. we only joined on darrens reputation i still believe he is a good bloke i dont think we should be after his head afterall he really is just the advertiser but those cockheads from comrobot need to be shut down. just heard this morning they are seling comrobot positions again

He sent me an email in the beginning where he talked about 'buying out the other x2'... he even made brief mention of this in a video... where he 'snickered' and said... "I shouldn't be saying this"... (another way to 'psychologically' take your $$$... you're thinking... wow... he believes in this so strongly he's trying to 'buy them out')!!!

i have followed this forum from the start read every post, i understand but i honestly think the worst party in this is the comrobot people not darren. yes his video about majority and whatever was stupid but i believe the comrobot people are the ones screwing the whole thing up.anyways im not here to talk about whether i like darren or not its besides the point, the point is comrobot screwed me over just like all of you and im filthy about it and i want those kooks to pay for it

The guys on here worked really hard on here.
I was rejected at least 4 times, before I received a confirmation email, saying they would refund me. (And that was before Darren Stepped down.. or whatever they reckon he did)
Because of all the long yards....
Members are pretty much getting their refunds straight away.. no questions asked.
Darren knew what he was doing, and if he didn't why didn't he at least address the situation. And out of Integrity offer our refunds back!

Please File Your Complaints Against The "Thievery" Of Darren Gaudry
I remember many here who were on this forum daily almost 'begging' for help
in getting their money back (some were actually begging)...
A few here worked very diligently and put in the hours to make it so...
I, myself, have put in many, many hours helping everyone get their money
back, even the rude and ignorant (fortunately we've only had a few of those).
I made it my duty to do everything possible to stop these "Internet
Thieve's"... and this is the promise I made to everyone on this forum
when I first came on here... and I also made this promise to
Darren Gaudry in emails I had sent him when he first decided to
treat us like 'fools'...

"Crooks" like this get away with this thievery because they know that very,
very few will try and take any action against them... I hope that
this is not so! Many of you here went on and on about how
unfair all of this was and how you were mostly 'resigned' to ever
seeing your 'hard earned' money again... and now you can actually do
something about it! Will You?
I find it amazing that many have now gotten their $$$ back and are
now unwilling to go the next step and stop this crook, Darren Gaudry, from
easily pursuing more victims in the future!
I would have thought that many more here would take a few minutes out
of your day to file complaints against Darren Gaudry who 'didn't blink an eye'
when he tried to steal your money.
I've made it so easy for everyone to file a complaint, that with all
the info. provided (listed in the post #'s mentioned below)... It will
only take you 10 min. to file a complaint (once you have a brief
letter prepared... and, yes, that info. is also provided for
you in those posts).
Who Have Filed Complaints
(Refer To Post # 975 On 'How To Do It')
(Refer To Post # 976 On 'Ideas On What To Put In Your Complaint')
Some of you have rcvd. refunds on x1, x2, x3 positions.
And some have rcvd. refunds on multiple months.
Yet, there are many who have yet to
file a complaint against the 'fraud'
that Darren Gaudry has 'manipulated' upon everyone.
And if it wasn't for the many, many, hours of many
members on this forum you would have never rcvd. a refund.
So, Please File A Complaint ASAP!
That Is All That I'm Asking... Not Much Considering...!!!

rcvd. their refund, this same statement, minus the P.S.'s

guys i know darren did us all over and made a ton of cash but just remember why your here and thats to help each other and guess what you have more and more people are asking and i am telling them how to get your cash back its just 2 steps so easy
the way i see it keep trying and never give up if you let one person get you down then you will never do well you might as well pack your pc away and give up now

Anyone... go ahead and click on where it shows "CR Updates" ... it was a testimonial type site glorifying Darren Gaudry/Commission Robot.
mad2miss was going to change the site explaining the 'Fraud' that Darren has perpetuated on the public...
At least that is what was stated in his reply to swampy52...
Instead he has this (click above & see for yourself) or www.commissionrobot.ws there both the same.
There's even more (on another site):

Something Is Not Right About This Guy... !!!
1. He was supposed to change that 1st site and put up the 'real' info on Darren Gaudry... instead you get what you see... a promo landing page for some other B.S.
2. If he's making $40,000 a month... why was he so 'hyped' up on getting a refund... he wanted it NOW... no waiting/no reading...
3. I've done just a little research and all I find is all that same type of B.S. that Darren Gaudry promotes... big money... fast???
4. "It looks like a duck... it smells like a duck... it 'craps' all over the internet like a duck (lol)... It Must Be A Duck..."
5. Within the past x2 days (6-11 & 6-12-09) he's now put up a 'ewen chia' landing page and today he changes it again to another landing page for the 'click bank code'... hmmm who else was promoting that?... I think his initials were DG!
6. And now he's back... my mistake... I sent everyone a PM (who rcvd. a refund, but have yet to file a compaint and forgot NOT to send this guy one)...
a.) and what does he do... post x 3 posts, with his BS sales page in x2 of those posts...!!!
7. And NOT in one of those x3 posts does he say a word about 'filing a complaint'... who are you... a relative of DG?... or just his little doggie?

Your site has a 'high' enough ranking when you do a search for Darren Gaudry... It would help to expose him for what he is... "A Thief"...!!!
