6% commission on transfers

bellow is an email I was just sent, sounds suspicious to me, a. it s a hotmail address, b. there's no business name, c. they''re gonna want my bank account details! Is anyone familiar with this one?

First of all no self respecting business uses a free email account.

Second of all, this is a classic scam. They will send you money, ask you to cash a check, keep your commission and wire the rest back. The check is bad and may take up to a month to bounce. When it does you will be liable and can be charged with a felony.

You should not reply.
