Solutions4thenet.com
Has anyone here heard of www.solutions4thenet.com
The URLs that also work are:
www.solutionsforthenet.com
www.s4tn.com
Has anyone had any good experiences with this before? They claim to be working closely with companies like Microsoft, Chase, etc. etc.
They guarantee you at least 30,000 hits via they "key-words" that you choose.
Five term is $4475 one time payment that lasts 6 months
Five term is $2985
If you do not get the amount of hits, they will give you another 6 months for free.
They walked me through a demonstration and it "looked" pretty impressive, but who knows if this demonstration reflects reality.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
I am glad you did your homework, these guys used to be cnpbs1 dot com and cnpbs dot com, they are also usaseopros dot com and usasubpros dot com. Basically they sell a spyware [ read : trojan virii ] download that will make an I-Frame in your browser, then whenever you use a search engine in their program - what do you know your site appears in the I-Frame above the frame with the real search results. If they offer you submission services, guess what? that is no longer needed in true site optimization and marketing. Search engines index and find pages on their own. They also claim to sell true SEO, but if you type any of their domains into a search engine - the results that you may see are the black hat SEO landing pages that they use to rip off their clients, the rest are complaints filed online by their poor unsuspecting small business clients. Rob Raskin is the owner and Matthew Franklin is Information Technology Director. Have you ever heard of Traffic *****, these guys use the same fraudulent techniques, calling literally 1000`s of unsuspecting business people everyday. Warn your affiliates about this one.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
As one of the principles involved with SolutionsForTheNet I came upon this forum posting and became quite concerned by some of the remarks left here. I just wanted to take a few moments of everyone’s time to hopefully clear some things up.

Being a Las Vegas based business I am quite familiar with both the company listed above as well as the true identity of TeamTripleGz3 and I would like to assure everyone who finds their way to this forum that we are in no way, shape, or form affiliated with the above listed organization, nor have we ever been, nor will we ever be. If you are wondering why I referred to the above listed URL’s as a single organization / company it is because they are all one and the same; a series of domains and DBA’s operated by the same owners and managers.

Aside from his reference to our software being spyware TTGz3 is pretty accurate regarding what he says we do here. Our clients advertise to consumers in our network via an iFrame plug-in embedded in our WebMenu Toolbar. Our network is currently comprised of over 26 million users (and growing at a substantial rate) who have chosen to download and install our toolbar on their computers so that they may find what they are searching for on the internet faster. We are the marketing arm for the cluster search engine WebMenu.com which is partnered with the publicly traded company Redux Holdings (RDXH).
We make no attempt at hiding this fact. We make no claim that we are SEOing our clients sites. We make no claim that we are submitting our client’s sites. Please feel free to peruse the Terms and Conditions section of our Order Form or the F.A.Q. section of our site. If you would like to hear a presentation of exactly what it is that we do, feel free to call our toll free number at (866)-569-0991. I invite any of you to contact us personally to see how we present ourselves before passing judgment.
Some of you may be asking yourselves “Why would anyone want to utilize this type of advertising?”, and the answer is quite simple. Our niche is the home based business. The reason for this is that the vast majority of home based business websites are replicated sites. This means that they are not truly or wholly owned by the individual distributors. That being the case these sites can not truly be optimized and in the few cases where they can be they will more than likely be dinged for containing duplicate content. By utilizing our method of advertising we provide consumers with the opportunity to compete with wholly owned and individually developed websites on a more even, albeit smaller, playing field. Smaller obviously because while they are open and fully functional on top of the major search engines their exposure is limited to the 26 million consumers in our network who have already chosen to download and install our toolbar.

See above…we make no claims to submit or SEO our client’s sites. We also do NOT utilize or condone the use of any black hat techniques nor have we ever, nor will we ever. Additionally we do NOT utilize nor condone the use of any techniques that would cause our consumers to believe we are promoting anything other than what we really do, nor have we ever, nor will we ever. Again, I invite you to contact us to see for yourselves.

As mentioned earlier, I know TTGz3 as well as the organization he mentions in this post personally and I certainly understand what it is that he is trying to do here. That being said, I truly believe that if he realized who was behind SolutionsForTheNet, he would not have made this post. It may be time to re-forge old relationships…
I hope this helps everyone who passes through here. Should any of you have any additional questions, please feel free to PM them to me.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
S4TN and their Webmenu service is definitely a proven fraud.
My experience with them has been an exercise in futility and frustration, not to mention a complete waste of $3,000. They do have a no-refund policy.
S4TN is the front end sales company and WebMenu is the provider of the service. Their technology looks impressive and if it really worked, it would be great. The basic premise is that once you purchase the rights to certain keywords, they are linked to your website and your webpage will be top ranked & viewed in the Webmenu browser when their toolbar or web browser is used to search for your keywords.
With up to "26 million users" looking for your keyword in their WebMenu toolbar or browser, along with their guaranteed 10,000 page views per keyword over the 6 month contract period, one would assume there would be at least some results, right?
Unfortunately, their back office statistics of page views are totally fraudulent.
With simple website stat counters, we were able to quickly establish that out of the thousands of WebMenu back office visits that they displayed, there were actually zero page views of our site(s). Yes, we tested several landing pages and the only views that showed up were my test viewings using their
browser and the S4TN staff people who I complained to and challenged them to check my keywords on their computers. To date, the service shows well over 10,000 page views for each of the 3 keywords I purchased and zero actual views of my pages.
Let me be clear on that statistic again....Out of over 30,000 Webmenu back office reported page views, there are actually zero page views of my sites.
S4TN and WebMenu will argue that they can't make people go into your website, or buy from your website. They are incredibly naive (or devious?) about understanding the difference between page views and click thrus...despite both being trackable with either a webhost stats page or an outside stat service.
The other factor that they disregard is that one little bit of logic that says: If 10,000 people had taken the time to key in my keyword, and my site was opened (viewed) in their browser, don't you think there would be 1 or 2 or 10 or 100 people that might click thru? The most pessimistic of us would say yes to one of those. But that is another argument.
I don't take making this posting lightly. I prefer to resolve things in a win/win manner. I have given S4TN & WebMenu every opportunity to prove me wrong. They simply cannot. I have the documentation and the proof of their fraud.
There are others who have voiced the same issues as mine. Their stories are more difficult to find, because these companies cunningly choose generic Internet names that make searches for them that much more difficult.
Given my experience, along with the others, the only conclusion I have is that it appears to be a very well crafted, pre-meditated and devious fraud.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
Does anyone have any experience with lodging complaints with the State of Nevada consumer affairs department?
I have the forms and documentation, but I'm wondering if it is worthwhile to actually pursue that option, in order to get S4TN sanctioned somehow.

VibrantMarcos, I was actually responding to your inquiry about anyone's experiences with S4TN. In my 6 month no-cancellation contract experience, I have concluded that their service is non-existent.
Our stats show zero page views or "hits" in 6 months.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
Their sales demo is impressive and the concept is great...That's what fools customers like you and me. However their actual delivery of their proposed service does not exist. Nobody is actually viewing your web page with their keyword/toolbar service.
Their stats in their back office appear to be fraudulent and easily disproved with a simple stat counter or by checking your own web hosting stats. The only proof they offer is the stats in their back office and they are unwilling to look at yours or even 3rd party stats.
I purchased 30,000 guaranteed page views and received ZERO views using their system, over the contract term.
It's pretty simple to disprove their service, unfortunately it's usually too late when you find out! That's why they have the no-termination contract.
There are others out there who know, and can prove that they have been defrauded. The reason this continues is that there are also many who don't even know it!

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
Ok here are my facts with them. After slamming down for 5 terms and bringing up the case my stat counter has not moved! I can agree with the previous posts in here. After 2 weeks went by and I left several tickets, NO one would call me back. So of course that was red flag number one! They are purposely targeting people in home business and I got sucked in :(
It's now February and oh yes I have these bogus views they claim but not one stinking sale or new rep has signed up. I called very upset with them because a man there named "jason claimed I would be getting tons of sales and new reps on the phone".. I am livid! If anyone knows how to file for recourse, please email me or IM me in my profile! I have been taken. I talked to my Credit Card Company and there is nothing they can do since I authorized the charge :( .. So I am stuck with a huge bill!
I would say run for the hills period and don't get scammed like I did Period! The facts and nothing but the facts.. they mis lead me period!

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
I filled out 4 support tickets.. Called 3 times and no replies to anything. I have re filed another dispute with my CC company as I did not receive what I paid for period. I requested a refund through Google Checkout. I am sure it won't even get read by S4TN. My Stat checkers show NO Views through their domain or bogus IP lists period!

I am filing a complaint with State of Nevada Office of the Attorney General Bureau of Consumer Protection against solutions4thenet for misrepresentation. Downloaded the form from the state website. Is there already a file on them I can cross reference? Does anyone know the principal person's name?
There is strength in numbers.
Let us know. Thanks.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
hey guys, thank God I found this forum. i just got a call from rita at s4tn.com 1 hour ago. she seemed really nice and frienly, and the demo was quite impressive, then she forwarded me to jason to talk pricing, which was over $3000, thus too expensive for my broke a--. Then he forwarded me to tim who offered me the service for $1000. He's pretty good at sales and almost got me convinced, but he wasn't willing to go down to $800 for me, so I said I would call him back.
But basically, he showed me their BBB Online Reliability rating for webmenu.com and they had an AA rating. But I didn't understand the connection between webmenu and s4tn.com, because Tim could not explain or prove it to me properly. He said that s4tn.com was the DBA of webmenu.com, but failed to give me concrete proof. After a lot of blabbing, I found on webmenu's news section say that webmenu was partnering with s4tn.com.
anyway, to make a long story short, i asked a lot of questions, even stupid questions to try to protect myself because i have been scammed a lot before...and they were slow or unable to answer all my questions, but they showed me a lot of impressive things like the demo and the BBB report, but not everything was totally coherent.
Business is about risk and opportunity, so finally, I was about to take the risk with this company even though not everything made sense, but thank God I didn't because I still wanted some more time to search around Google before forking $1000 out of my broke a--.
To be honest, I'm still not too sure if this is totally a scam... but i do trust everyone's comments, so I think it is... but the main thing is that even though they show a lot of impressive things, a lot of the finer details don't make sense.

Response to esnm:
The S4TN-WebMenu "service" results in zero page views or visits to your site.
Not 1, 84, 376 or 10,420.
Zero.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
I just got a call a few days ago from DotlessDomain too. They are such CON ARTISTS! I didn't fall for it, but boy...the guy spoke in such a way that left me sweating....almost hypnotized me. They make you feel like you are REALLY going to miss out on something BIG!
Funny thing is, He told me that were only "2 positions left", and that I was going to get 1 of them, but that he could not "guarantee those 2 positions" for long. Interestingly, I remember when S4TN called me several months back, and they also used this same LINE! the "2 positions left" line. Wow, I can see how so many people are falling for this nonesense!
The guy forwarded me over to his "supervisor", and the supervisor basically talked in a way like I had already come to a decision, and wanted my CC. He wouldn't take NO for an answer. So then he asked to put me on hold because he was going to get me a better "deal", during the "hold" process, I just hung up. I couldn't handle it anymore. I should have said "NO, IM NOT INTERESTED" right from the start!
Problem is, when the first guy called me, he sounded like some guy interested in my supplements. Just maddening.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
wow, ConcernedOnTheNet can`t even keep their lie straight, how would they know anything about me, where I worked or whatever unless they are in fact the same people from the same company now using a different name. I quit the company because of what was in my opinion the unprofessional and unethical behavior I recieved from one Mr. Murrell Sailers, former Director of Operations for Cloud Nine Professional Business Services, which was also USASEOPROS, and if you use due diligence and look up who the primary officer is of SolutionsForTheNet you will see that one Mr. Murrell Sailers, same name 3 different companies so far, oh and yes I was negligent only in not wanting to help them convince people that what they were offering their clients was true SEO!

After talking to their customer services rep.
I decided to blog my story and get it ontop of the search engines, so people who search for them can see it on the first page.
My story seems to be exactly the same as everyone elses.
I have seen others selling this WebMenu or dotless domain crap.
So solutions for the net are not the only ones.
I spen over $50,000 yr online and have seen pretty much everything, this one is by far the biggest scam going!

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
You are so right they are an absolute SCAM. I have alerted my bank and they are trying to recoup the funds. But Wells Fargo is being difficult. So I sent them all the information below plus wire transfer details. My bank is fully backing me on this one. Maybe you should all alert Wells Fargo of the plight you have gone through with these people. I have even included the woman who cunningly fooled me as I want them to know I am not letting go of my money that easily. The email for the bank is CORPSECFININV@WELLSFARGO.COM
that deals with online fraud activity and that is exactly what this is!
My email to the bank today:
More scam articles for your information. How can Wells Fargo banks say they protecting their customers and clients money when you allow these fraudsters to continue business at your bank?
http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t=20237
Hi,
I sent you an email earlier on today with my wire transfer details from the Bank of Butterfield from email taburgess@gov.bm to Business Concepts in Nevada aka DotlessDomains.com. My bank will clarify, I will give them your email details.
BELOW IS AN EMAIL I SENT TO FIONA ON THE 19 AUGUST AT DOTLESS DOMAINS. I HAVE ALSO ATTACHED A WEB LINK http://hubpages.com/hub/Solutions-For-The-Net-Scam THAT PROVES I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE FALLING PREY TO THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE MANY OTHER ARTICLES. I WILL SEND THEM TO YOU IF YOU REQUIRE THEM.
I WILL BE PASSING ON THE INFORMATION TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES IN NEVADA. I HOPE WELLS FARGO WILL BE MORE ACCOMMODATING IN HELPING ME RESOLVE THIS.
I look forward to hearing from you.

I have printed off so much material on how you are scam artists. You are very good at what you do. I was a complete mug and never even read the contract that you asked me to sign. You rushed me and sounded so convincing. Any proper professional business always give a window for thought so you can look over the fine print. Therefore, this contract is null and void as I did not know what was in it. Furthermore, I don’t even have a copy of it. I will be contacting the necessary parties in Las Vegas and placing a big blog everywhere about you.
I will start with DirectMatches, Adlandpro and other major community platforms.
I am going to the bank today to put in a scam alert and give them your bank details. I have printed off all scam details off the internet so they have prove. Even your telephone no. is appearing everywhere and people don’t have anything good to say about it.
I expect to receive a call from you first thing this morning. As I told Alex yesterday, I do not want this advertising campaign and that I had been trying to contact the organization from early morning but never received a reply. I am also going to put a trace on this email and it will show up as delivered even if you don’t read it or open it.

! ! ! UPDATE ! ! !
FROM: sales60@keywordinformation.net <- NOT EVEN A VALID EMAIL
Hi,
I came across your website doing a Google search on some relevant keywords, and thought you need to see a new technology that can dramatically improve your ranking above Google, Yahoo, and MSN, in as little as 24 hours.
To see a quick 1 minute example of what you can expect from us, click here: http://pltdemoinc.com/onlinedemo.html and fill in your website, a keyword you want, and the search engine you would like to be on top of, then hit VIEW ONLINE DEMO!
Unlike SEO or PPC all our keywords are:
1. Exclusive to the first company that orders them
2. Good for one full year on our network.
3. Fully operational within 24-48 business hours
If you want to be seen with visual impact, your business needs to take advantage of this service before the major key phrases sell out, they are going fast, and are on a first come first serve basis.
Sincerely,
PLT New accounts Dept.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
I have been looking for some complaints about www.toppositions.org I am new here and I am shocked that this is what we have to put up with and cant stop these people. They tried to get money from me and I ended up cancelling the check and closing my account to stop 1600.00 from coming out. They keep calling me telling me they are sending me to collections for 4000.00 after all the collection fees are added to the 1600.00. can they do this. help
I called one hour after they sold me the keywords and cancelled the order but they said they will not cancell my contract that I signed. I cant believe I fell into there scam.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
I checked the "contact us" page on the toppositions dot org site. The address given there, 1155 E. Twain Ave., Suite 108-12, in Las Vegas, goes to a box (12) at AAA Mailbox (Suite 108). The phone number shown on that page is a toll-free and doesn't show up on a reverse lookup, but a Google advanced search turned up this fairly interesting result:
http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-702-425-5878
The other phone number, which apparently comes up in Caller ID when they make their unsolicited marketing calls, is unpublished.
So along with everything else, they're violating federal and state do-not-call laws.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
I got scammed by this company by a high-pressure sale. I signed their contract and didn't realize that by signing it that it was a real binding contract and I could not cancel even within 3 days. I always thought you have 3 days to cancel any contract.
I did not pay them, after finding all kinds of bad stuff about the company. Today they said they are sending me to collections and that $800 agreement will go up to $2000 after court and attorney fees.
What do I do???!!! If you have had this experience, what happened in the end???

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
Do not pay them a penny, It is another scam of theres to try to get you to pay them. They told me they would send me to collection and they kept trying to call me and reduce the amount to get me to pay something. Theres to many bad things against them to have a legit claim in any court. I have been dealing with the BBB in Las Vegas and have filed a complaint against them. Its still in the works I dont know what they can do to help but its a start. I had a $1600 bill and they said it would be $4000 if they took me to court. They have a pretty bad wrap and its getting worse. They will be changing there name again to run from all the people they screwed.

They won't take you to court; they can't be that foolish.
You paid for a service, a service that they didn't provide. They aren't giving their members hits. Just scroll up. As long as you have been keeping tabs on how you aren't getting any traffic generated, you'll be fine. Inform them of that fact and odds are they'll back down, because you'd win a counter-suit.
From reading this thread, it makes me think very much of the movie "Boiler Room". Movie night, anyone?
Also, as previously stated, learn to do your own PPC advertising. At worst, you should be able to pick up some helpful hints on youtube or by doing some quick searching on the net. If nothing else, you'll get the basics and can go from there. Paying a third party thousands of dollars for what amounts to putting Spyware on other peoples computers, and then doesn't even generate traffic to your site to boot, is just insane.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
I'm pretty tired of these guys too. I have asked to be
removed from their list, but they keep calling my 800#
I think they have their reps look for websites online and
call the numbers on them, so they really cannot remove
me, but begs the question...
why are they cold calling me if they are so good at SEO? :)
On top of that, they leave messages as if they are
looking for info on your business.
I had a business friend get scammed by them as well,
and when one of their reps tried to help the guy get
his money back, he got fired.
Anyway if you keep posting about them online, it will
help others who may search for info before signing on
the dotted line.

Re: Solutions4thenet.com
Continuing to do scams using spammy emails from mygooglebanners.com
Quote:
Hi,
I came across your website <...> doing a Google search on some relevant keywords, and thought you need to see a new technology that can dramatically improve your ranking above Google, Yahoo, and MSN, in as little as 24 hours.
To see a quick 1 minute example of what you can expect from us, click here: <http://www.mygooglebanners.com/onlinedemo.html> and fill in your website, a keyword you want, and the search engine you would like to be on top of, then hit VIEW ONLINE DEMO!
Sincerely,
My Google Banners New accounts Dept.
