If you want to do Willow csn call center, you have to pay for your backgroung check, 99.00 for the "get to know" business training, then who ever you work for you have to pay the cost of training, which could be 99.00 to 250.00. You have to incorporate, you have to pay all of your taxes out of the 14.00 you get paid per hour (remember that means both sides of the social security tax). There are plenty of other call center companies out there where you can be a direct employee and you pay only for the high speed internet access and the right phone with a headset. They provide training and take out your taxes. Look at www.telcoa.org website and click on virtual call centers, there you can find the one that works for you.
