Is this the guy behind ASP???

It stopped paying after a few days. ASP said they are duly registered and compliant.

Hi Everyone, If you have been scammed by ADSPACEPRO (owned by thomas winegard) and you pay your deposit using Solid Trust Pay, please email "" to initiate complaint against that site STP username. Let Solid Trust Pay know about this. STP will only freeze/suspend the account if at least 5 individuals make the disputes.Hopefully, you all can get your monies back. YOU MUST DO THIS ASAP BEFORE THEY SHUT DOWN THE WEBSITE!!!!! PLEASE SPREAD THIS!!!!

The Business registration with Nevada doesn't give anything but the name (Thomas Winegard), no MI or DoB.
I'd also point out that that registration is only six weeks old, filed 16JUL2013.

The shows that the website is only two months old, 30JUN2013.
Also, no information is given, name, address, or valid phone number. So the domain registration is in violation of ICANN regulations.
The e-mail addy leads to a e-mail service in Singapore.
The website is also hosted in Singapore.
