Beware of Simply Positive Supplements on Amazon

I recently placed an order with Simply Positive Supplements through Amazon.com. After failing to receive my item, I looked at the package tracking information, and I was shocked to see that it was listed as having already been delivered. I contacted the post office, and the police and reported the package stolen. I contacted SPS customer service, asking for a refund or replacement, and have only received responses such as "put a note on your mailbox," and "file a claim with your renters insurance." I have had to report them to Amazon as a bad supplier, and file a claim with Amazon to get my money back, as SPS is clearly not a reputable vendor. I have ordered other items from Amazon before, and this is the only time I ever had a problem with receiving my items. I just wanted to let everyone know that if you order from Amazon, do not order anything that's from SPS, as you probably will not receive your items, and you'll get the run-around about a refund.

Re: Beware of Simply Positive Supplements on Amazon

This company "SIMPLY POSITIVE SUPPLEMENTS" purchases these items they sell on Amazon from Ebay (Ebay name is: michelles-dad-2012). They purchased a lot of 6 boxes of ClearBlue digital ovulation tests from me on Ebay. They returned 1 of the 6 for a replacement saying the package was slightly damaged. I sent a replacement & a shipping refund for their return. Afterwards they used the tracking for the "1" item and filed a claim via Ebay/Paypal & received their entire purchase price of $74.00. Now they have the products & their money & I am screwed. So not only are they scamming buyers on Amazon...they are also scammimg sellers on Ebay.
