Beverly Gates - here is another psychic who never refunds, and what she claims will work or greatly help is a bunch of bull-crap. Beverly Gates is another psychic scammer.

The letter is 5 typed pages front & back,(which I have not bothered reading completley) and the jist of the letter is basically saying the same as all the rest, starting July 6th good fortune is headed our way, but without her help, we will not recieve it  . She ONLY charges $1 for each piece of parchment we will need to make all our dreams come true, plus a $3 fee for the first class shipping she will use to send the parchment for a total of only $10, which isnt much, but just imagine if 50,000 people send just $10, that is not a small amount. I would just like to know if anyone else has recieved this letter and see their take on the situation. :D
Yeah I been getting letters from her too & her mate Nicos!!! I just send them back to her in the prepaid envelope with NO money - if we all did that then it is costing her not us!!!!!

I sent for the parchments and was glad that I did.

Maria is a well documented psychic and really does have
something to offer. However, she does go overboard with
her offers, once you have accepted the parchments.

I still have received valuable advice from her and her timing
as regards events that may happen to an individual is seldom
wrong.

My advice is to use your own judgement as regards her offers.

I have benefited from having her as a psychic counselor.

peace to you
the magic continues

This is all well and good I guess, and best of luck to you. However, the point and truth you are missing here is that Maria Duval does not exist!

He kept walking by then stood next to me. This really does works. I can't wait for what Maria has in store for me next. I am amazed. I have her phone number too! Yes!!! Well that's about it. :)

Re: Maria Duval

I have just received a formal letter from Maria Duval. It basically says that she is has physic powers to help me with my money problem, health, etc. If she is a know all person. Then why didn't she tell that nut in CA. that the world wasn't going to end on May 21, 2011.
I do believe the women was featured on Dateline on how she was scamming people out of their money.

Re: Maria Duval

Yes I signed up for a report from her got a free ring duplicated from the original Pharoah's one, but my ex got jelly and through it away. When I took it off to do the dishes! She sent me continuous letters with the same promises. I paid only once, and nothing ever came true! So I told her I didn't want any more letters. They stopped for a while, then started appearing in my mailbox again. I just read and biffed them into a file under "R" in a similar titled bin!
Online there is a report where she says others are using her name to make money!
Free lotto online, readers digest draws, etc they're all scams!

Re: Maria Duval

That fake b*tch is still around? Wow, I remember her mass mailings in the 90's...along with a crop of other scammers who used her same angle in mass-mailing FORM letters crafted to imply that it was personally written to you (one "red flag" hint that it's not is the BULK POSTAGE stamp on the envelope! Hello???). The pisser is, some of these scammers who followed her method used stock photos of models, claiming it was their own personal picture!

Her method is as follows:
"Dear (name),

My name is (name), I am a world-renowned, highly gifted psychic and I am coming to you today because I had the most disturbing (dream, vision, seance, reading, fill in the blank here) that involved you, (name)! No, this is not a scam, this is for real, I promise! I saw you, (name), and you were standing on a lush meadow, bathed in a golden shining light of promise and blessings and, even though I DON'T KNOW YOU, I felt an instant (insert "connection" or other synonym here) with you, maybe even a shared past life! I saw below your feet a yellow brick road path stretching out from here to the horizon and it was raining gold coins as you outstretched your arms with the most blissful expression! I nearly broke my vision in being overcome with emotions of joy for you. But how is this disturbing, you ask? I'll tell you (turn to page 2): I saw a malevolent force blocking your path. I couldn't make out what it was exactly, it was so dark! I used all my strength to banish it from your path, but alas it would not be moved...so much so that it broke my concentration of my (vision, dream, etc.) and it awoke me, leaving me in a shaking sweat. I am writing to you now, just awoken from this most disturbing "vision" as a "warning" that there is something keeping you from the glorious fortune I saw before you in my vision! If you agree to my help, I will see to it that this and all opposing forces are removed and you can be free and lucky forever! Now, I'm not one to ask for lots of money or take advantage of you! Why, perish the thought! I will help you for FREE! YES! FREE! All that I ask is a "nominal" fee to cover the costs in writing to you and such. And if you agree to this "small fee", I will take you on a never-ending, multi-levelled storytelling journey, giving you MORE excuses to give me MORE of your money as we go on! Don't deny yourself the glorious riches that's just ahead of you on your life path! Saying "no" to my help is saying "no" to your destined future! It may even serve as a signal to the universe that you're happy where you are now in life and the universe will, in turn, change your path to one of less fortune and happiness than what you REALLY deserve!!! All you need to do is say "YES"! Do it today!!! Your fortune-filled future is awaiting you!"

And if you feel like sending ME your money after reading that, then you're beyond help LOL!

In the long run, it's like paying full-retail price for a novel over and over, only to receive a few pages at a time except instead of taking it for the fiction that it is, it plays on your hopes & vulnerabilities. Some of her response forms even include a check-mark box field in which you can check the biggest worries in your life (love, money, career, etc). All you're doing, is handing her "ammo" to write a more "customized" form letter, making you that much more susceptible into thinking "Wow! How does she KNOW me??? How does she know I'm lonely, broke and looking for work! She must be real!" Duh! You TOLD her!

Michnun has the right idea...if you get mail from her or someone similar using the same approach, ALWAYS use their SASR, as you're making waste of their money if you use their "money delivery system" and put no money in it
