Then not even one hour later, I read today that the FBI confirmed that she totally had her email server reformatted so that not even one of the many thousand emails the feds were investigating could be recovered. This is obstruction of justice in my opinion. She really needs to be treated like any other citizen would be, and prosecuted. I can't believe I am saying this now when two weeks ago I was urging my friends to support her!

This makes me wonder what else I don't know about her?

No MSM is going to make the allegation until they have all the evidence in their hands but this story comes from a court file in Ontario that a reporter from the National Post is trying to get access to and supposedly three boxes of files can not be found in the archives all of a sudden.The Court case is in Ontario Superior Court No. E-19-00 and there are two Court of Appeals cases connected with this first case and the law clerk says there are 36 filings. So I'll bet there is some interesting reading there based on just the PI report from Edward Reiken who is a respected private investigator in Toronto for 25 years. But part of this story can be verified in a Law Society complaint and an honest DEA agent whose affidavit is posted here http://s53.photobucket.com/user/RR19...20DEA%20Agent#! and here is the Law Society complaint:http://gilmourlawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com. These two pages below are from both the court files and complaint but someone sealed the last three pages for some reason.


Last but not least, a lot of shit about this story has been disappearing from a few different legal blogs and the mods say they have no knowledge of the deletions. I personally think Hillary's hackers are hard at work deleting all the crap that will link back to her.

Joseph Biden hadn't been the Chairman since 1995. He hasn't even been on the Senate Judiciary Committee since 1997.

UPDATE: I just received email confirmation from a Toronto University Law Student who visited the Ontario Superior Courthouse on Friday at 361 University Avenue and the Ontario Court of Appeals at Osgoode Hall and I quote:

"Yes Frank that letter to FBI Director Mueller dated September 15th, 2001 is an exhibit in three different court files originally submitted in Case No. E-19-00 and then again at the Court of Appeals in Case No. C37836 and finally with the Supreme Court of Canada. With a postscript the letter is five pages in length and signed by a William R. Gilmour, a solicitor previously employed with the law firm of Prouse, Dash, and Crouch. I actually knew this guy's articling student, an Indian guy named Paul. Anyway the Case number at the Court of Appeals is C37836. And the case number at the Supreme Court is 31903. But I noticed something weird at the Supreme Court. The case was confirmed in 2008 without argument yet the file was "modified" 4 years later in December of 2010, which is bizarre. I tried to reach that reporter McKay at the Ottawa Citizen newspaper, but they say he does not work there any longer.
