Looks like a convention for crooks on that board of directors. See Dave Soto is VP International.
Soto was involved in operating Bestline Products, a San Jose-based cosmetics operation during the mid-1970s that was ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court to pay a $1.5 million judgment for violating California's pyramid scheme laws. The defendants were also ordered to pay more than $4 million in restitution.
And, of course, we have Rick Aguiluz, Founder & CEO heading up the operation.
Ricky ran a nice pump and dump scam to raise money to buy his coffee beans. He pumped the health benefits of the coffee, while slowly dumping his portion of 4,000,000,000 shares on the market (that's not a typo).
Of course, there was no product. The beans "were tied up in customs" according to his story.
So after running the stock down to .0001 cents a share earlier this year, Ricky did a 10,000 to 1 reverse merger.
True, investors don't lose any money on a RM. All it means is if you had 1 million shares worth $100 you now have 100 shares worth $100. But it makes the stock look more attractive to the next batch of suckers.
Ricky will dump some more stock and drive the price down again and do another reverse merger.

I'm sure I saw his picture before on a poster at the post office!
