Just 1 of 40 book chapters of book manuscripts seized from former federal agent Bruce Gorcyca about government crimes...

Rating: 2 votes, 5.00 average.

Thanks to Nico in Italy, I obtained a chapter of Bruce Gorcyc'a book to publish here. He would not give me the chapter about Hillary Clinton, but this one is about 3 of the 12 government-sponsored murders that were ordered by old man Bush back in 1995. The victims are 3 mid-level Colombian drug dealers who would not cooperate with the Bush family takeover of the $12 Billion North American cocaine distribution network. Although Gorcyca's role in these 3 murders is minimal, Nico says this is one of the most "mild" chapters. In all 37 chapters were seized in America, but apparently 3 more Chapters were written in China where Gorcyca has been exiled.

This chapter is pretty much self explanatory. Nico leaked other chapters at WorldLawDirect.com and then got banned for doing it. I asked him to send me more since people don't get banned for telling the truth at scam.com. Hopefully he will send some more. This below is "Revision 2 - Chapter 29 - "Gone Fishing". Enjoy...

Chapter 29
“Gone Fishing”

Another political prisoner was for many years, a Norwegian with dual U.S. citizenship named Erling Ingvaldsen. Erling was a successful businessman in Norway brokering oil and dabbling in side ventures that were all legal. He also became a witness to some U.S. government crimes of which he was not a part. We met and became good friends at MCC Miami, the favorite storage center of political prisoners before Guantanamo and renderings became popular. The information Erling came to know could have put two world leaders behind bars for decades, and because Erling is now negotiating a deal to get his life back from Uncle Sam, I will not disclose the details of his knowledge at this time although it could have gotten George H. Bush and a handful of Florida prosecutors indicted for obstruction of justice and accessories to murder, assuming the case was every brought to court. However, I will tell you how they dealt with him as a disclosure threat.
When it was learned that Erling was a credible witness that could end the careers of some American and European politicians engaged in criminal ventures, it was decided that he would be criminalized. As I explained previously, people charged with crimes are seldom ever believed. Erling was arrested by the DEA and was claimed to have been caught with obscene amounts of cash and drugs and linked to major heroin and cocaine smuggling. It was headline news in America and Norway. The problem is the story was fabricated - almost completely. The 5% of the story that is true is that Erling did in fact do some legitimate business deals with a man who turned out to be a genuine drug supplier. So the feds were able to show some very old phone bills that only proved some telephonic contact years ago. No history nor evidence of any illegal activities - only a paid informant who basically lied under oath in a deal to avoid prison if he implicated Erling in a drug ring. In short he fabricated meetings and conversations that never took place. This “government informant” would never be identified by his real name and his lies were enough to get Erling convicted and sentenced to 40 years in prison where he might emerge on parole when he was in his late 70s or early eighties.

Fortunately his family knew and believed in his innocence and set out to prove the well-designed framing of Erling. The federal prosecutor Ed Hannah was caught off-guard in a conveation taped by one of Erling’s relatives saying how grateful George H. Bush was rsknowing that Erling was no longer a problem and threat to his election, and how Hannah would be getting a juicy federal appointment, perhaps as federal district Judge. With these recordings and other evidence proving that the paid informant perjured himself, the feds were confronted by Erling’s family who basically said the recordings would be given to the news media if Erling was not released. At this time the Norwegian family was not aware that the U.S. media was pretty much on the government’s leash so they were shocked when Ed Hannah just laughed and walked off.

Within a month Erling’s young son Egil still in his early 20s was arrested and charged with conspiracy to kill a federal judge! Again the feds used a paid informant who would say anything he was told (very much like professional witnesses Chester Zukowski and Carlos Quesada I described earlier in this book) The 1988 elections were growing near and George Bush was not going to take any chances. All the witnesses that could link him to felony crimes were being locked away and Bush prayed that nobody would be distracted from the Iran-Contra fiasco lest they notice his business dealing with Saddam Hussein, General Noriega, Adnan Kashogi, and his secret plans for Iran using the young Mirza brothers, who by the way, he also had arrested and jailed at MCC Miami. No DEA, or FBI agent dare question the orders of a Vice President or former CIA director. They did what they were told – no questions asked.

After two years of solid resistance behind bars, Erling realized he would die an old man in prison if he did not capitulate, especially after he learned that all of his family members were receiving death threats and his own wife pf 15 years Tove, was told she would be the next to arrested and jailed if the family did not stop trying to expose the government corruption that put her husband and young son behind bars. But he still had an ace up his sleeve that he would play to get his son released from the fabricated murder conspiracy – more recordings and an eye witness that would prove Fort Lauderdale Sheriff Nick Navarro murdered a drug dealer named Vic Simone (phonetic) at the specific request of George H. Bush who then gratefully named Navarro as the head of the Presidential South Florida Drug Task Force. Erling’s plan worked well enough to get the charges against Egil dropped in exchange for the recordings. But fearing that Erling might have other tricks in store, he was kept jailed at MCC Miami where I had 1 year to become his trusted friend and was introduced to witnesses of other government crimes like Colombian Rene Benitez. Because of the Simone murder, Erling believed that he too would be murdered in prison and thus confided in me to tell his story should he be killed. I agreed and told him I was writing a book about all the political prisoners I was meeting at MCC Miami. Erling helped introduce even more of them to me Don and Bill Whittington of Fort Lauderdale who owned World Aviation and supplied aircraft to both the CIA and private drug smugglers alike. Their story is incredible and would require a separate book to give their plight

Erling eventually was forced to cut a deal where he would be released if he joined the biggest smuggling ring in U.S. history that was funded by the CIA and recently headed by Oliver North and Major Secord, but due to some bad publicity issues with the Iran Contra investigations, were replaced with a corrupt FBI agent named Terry Nelson, a AUSA in New York named Jack Goldberg, who opened a front business, a night club called “Adam’s Apple”, a Canadian named Mike Huxtable, and a Fort Lauderdale lawyer named Stephen J. Finta. In 1994 Finta took a contract out on me in front of Erling, not knowing that we were good friends and Erling would warn me (and frankly saved my life from a drive by shooting that failed by inches). By the way, Finta was at that time the largest human being I had ever met with the head the size of a pumpkin sitting atop a frame of about 6’3 and weighing no less than 300 pounds. If not for his criminal skills he might very well be one of those professional WWF wrestlers!

The operation that was headed by Nelson is explained in Chapters 24-28, but for now I need you the reader to understand that innocent people who merely become witnesses can easily and quickly find themselves locked behind bars because the U.S. government employs dozens of professional witnesses who will testify under oath that they had had sex with Senator McCain or Sister Teresa, or even sheep if it will get then released from a long prison term or keep them from being arrested and jailed. Professional witnesses Chester Zukowski and Carlos Queseda made over a million dollars a year lying for Uncle Sam. They were seldom paid with cash which was traceable but usually gifted expensive aircraft, yachts, and/or luxury cars that were seized, or even with one or two kilos of cocaine left off the official seizure inventory.

Before I move on to the next chapter, I will add my personal experience with Nick Navarro, his collections man Scott Galin who was also the size of Stephen Finta but in much better athletic condition. How I met the pair was already explained, but once my friend Scotty had asked me for a “big favor for Nick”. He needed to borrow a boat large enough to “entertain” 5 people for a business meeting at sea which needed absolute privacy. We had several large yachts under consignment and as the Sales Manager at Champion Marine I had access to them to give prospective buyers a “sea trial” or basically a chance to take the boat for a test drive.

I agreed to let Scotty use a 44 foot Wellcraft Scarab, a rare boat that had three engines and not the usual two. It was a luxury speedboat you might say and it was owned by a fellow named Ken Abel according to the consignment papers. It was red and white and one of my favorite boats in inventory. I asked Scotty for the details of the trip so I could arrange the boat to be fueled and catered if required. He said he only needed the boat for 2-3 hours from about 9pm to midnight one evening during the week. I offered him some fishing gear but he declined. (Continued in comment section below)

Part II continued from OP above...

Scotty insisted on privacy and asked if any logs had to be signed and I commented that the security guard at the marina logged all the boats that came in and out of Fort Apache marina with POB (people on board) but he doesn’t require the names of the people. He seemed relieved and asked me if he could see the boat claiming he never drove a boat with three engines before and wanted some piloting instructions. I agreed.

When Scotty came to inspect the boat he brought a briefcase with him and I showed him around the boat and where to find the well-hidden toilet, how to use the bilges and showed him where the safety and survival gear was stowed. I then told him about handling a boat with three engines and when docking he should just shut down the middle engine to keep things simple. I made him sign a sea trial form as if he was a potential buyer to cover my ass with the dealership’s insurance agency just in case they got drunk and run up on a reef or plow into another boat or dock. It is not hard to damage a fiberglass boat. Scotty gave me a thousand bucks along with a thank you, and I gave him the keys and told him there was 4 hours of fuel on board at cruising speed and warned him about the Florida Marine Patrol’s regular hide outs where they did random sobriety checks on boats the Intercoastal waterway after 7pm.

Scotty left, and I was about to do the same when I got a phone call from my wife Maggie whose brother was coming to Miami from Ecuador and we talked about spending some time with him. Only after Scotty left and I got off the phone with Maggie did I realize that Scotty had left his briefcase in the head (sailor jargon for toilet). I immediately called Scotty before he got too far and told him about leaving his briefcase behind. He said it was no big deal and since they would be using the boat the following day, just to leave it there since he was late for a meeting. No problem for me except I had to take a leak and the head was not large enough to accommodate a grown adult and a briefcase, so I removed it.. When I moved to the brief case to take a pee, there was a lot of metal clanking sounds which got me curious enough to open the briefcase. Inside were six pairs of handcuffs, some papers in big brown manilla envelopes, 8 by 10 mug shots of about a dozen people in another, and a Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol in a clip on holster. I didn’t think much of this because Scotty did some Bounty Hunting work for Navarro as a skip tracer on the side.

Well the next day, I had an argument with my wife and rather than drag out the argument I did what I always did in such cases – I went out of the house for ride on my motorcycle and drove down to the marina to grab a snack at the outdoor bar. I chatted with a couple of the regulars until I noticed the lights were on in the cabin of our largest yacht, a 53 foot cruiser. I went on board to investigate and there was a young pretty naked girl sound asleep on the sofa with a half empty bottle of Stoli and two empty glasses. Then I saw a pair of Birkenstock sandals I recognized to be those of our general manager of Champion Marine Eric Tabb who I found asleep below decks. I decided it was best to leave and turn off the light so the security guard would not find the compromised trespassers. As I was going ashore onto the dock, I saw my friends Scotty and Nick Navarro and three Latino men in their early forties going aboard the red and white Scarab 44. They were all casually dressed, except for one guy with a mustache in a suit. I went over to help Scotty cast of the lines, but he waved me off and said it was best that Navarro did not see me there. Since Nick was below deck with the other three guys, I honored Scotty’s request and went back to the bar.

I struck up a conversation with Kim Small one of our sales reps who should have already gone home. She said she was waiting for Eric Tabb and I was not about to tell her where to find him. Eric had recently taken Kim for a helicopter ride in his newest toy (the Hughes 500 helicopter) and apparently forgot he made a date with her. Maybe about an hour later another C
uban regular named Juan Almeida showed up asking me if we had any place in the marina where he could dock a submarine for about a month. I thought he was joking but he then showed me a photo of an old diesel Russian sub he claimed he just bought! It was about 65 feet long and I suggested we might be able to find room in the channel leading out to the intercoastal and I would talk with Eric about it. Juan asked me to keep the matter completely confidential and offered to pay double the dockage fees. I laughed aloud. How the hell did he expect to keep a submarine a secret since the channel was not deep enough to keep it submerged and more than 100 boats a day came in and out of our marina. That’s when Juan just said, I want to keep it here after I’m done with it. I then got his drift. He treated me to a beer and burger and my wife called to see if and when I was coming home. I was about to agree but then just then two FDLE agents showed up at the marina looking for Marc Osheroff, the owner of Champion Marine and Fort Apache marina. There was silence as we all just said we haven’t seen him today, which was the truth since Marc did not hang out at the Marina very much during the week. One of the agents went down and took a photo of one of the many cigarette boats docked at our marina and they were gone in less than 20 minutes after they arrived. Another typical day at Fort Apache Marina.

As I was walking towards my Yamaha 750 to go home and make peace with my wife, I saw my red and white Scarab gliding up to the dock with Scotty at the helm and Nick sitting at the pop-up table on the aft deck. I did not realize I spent more than two hours chatting at the bar. I decided that I would wait and get the keys back for the boat that I told Scotty to leave with the bartender. I looked at my watch and realized they were only gone for about three hours. I watched Nick and Scotty leave the boat but their three guests were not in sight. Nick walked to his Mercedes and soon drove off, while Scotty walked over to the bar to drop of the keys. I drove up on the wooden deck next to the bar on my motorcycle and flashed my bright lights to get Scotty’s attention. Only after I took off my helmet did he recognize me and toss me the keys. I asked Scotty if the other three guys were on the boat. He simply replied :”Nah, they went fishing.” That was a strange answer since they took no fishing gear with them. So I started thinking they may have dropped the guys off on another boat, or… they could have been part of an off-shore drug deal. It didn’t matter at this point. I decided to secure and hose down the boat and make sure it was left as clean as they got it from me and ready for viewing if any potential customer came along the following day.

Final Part III - continued from above post...

I went aboard and tidied up a bit. In the trash bin I found some trash including some empty Corona beer bottles and a empty medicine bottle. I pulled it out and read the label. It was Rohypnol prescribed to “Joe Bloe” and it gave me pause. This was “G” the famous date rape drug that made people dizzy and sleepy. Why would they take this drug out to sea where most people want to stay alert? I could not think of any plausible answer so I locked up the cabin and went to hose down the exterior with fresh water to rinse off all the corrosive salt water. That’s when I spotted the splattered blood on the gunwale. It was not dried blood from an old fishing trip, but still tacky and semi-liquid. Somebody was shot on this boat tonight, and maybe drugged as well.

Months later I would learn from Scotty that Nick robbed and killed those three Colombians who had worked for Carlos Lehder who now works for the CIA. Scotty explained that the first shooting was “a demo” shot to the knee of one of the men, to convince the other two to reveal where to find 12 kilos of cocaine and $3 million in cash stashed in the bilges of another boat in a nearby lagoon. After they confirmed and retrieved the bricks and cash then and took the house keys of all three men, they were placed in handcuffs after Nick persuaded them they were under arrest. But instead of heading back to shore they cruised about two miles off shore and tossed the men overboard. I assumed they may have been drugged but Scotty did not mention that. It would not matter because in handcuffs, their drowning would be only a matter of 5-10 minutes as they flailed hopelessly in handcuffs to keep their heads above water. The bleeding gunshot wound would ensure a visit from some hungry sharks who would dispose of the bodies.

I asked Scotty if he was worried about being a part of what amounted to murder. His casual reply was that he was just the boat Captain and Nick would never get into any legal problems because he was “tight with old man Bush”. He also commented that this was not his first fishing trip and probably would not be his last. I made a note to myself that the next time he asked to use one of our boats, he’d have to buy it first. It would still be another year before I was formally introduced to Nick by his lawyer Kirk Girrbach, but at this point in time, I recalled the stories Erling had told me about Nick and now believed every last one of then.

Fast forward to 2009-2011 while I was exiled in China, I would learn from a semi-honest visiting DEA agent xxxxxxxxxxxxt hat these murders were done at the request of a Bush family member (I presumed Jeb but was told "Pappa Bear" was behind this hit ) as incentive for Lehder to work for Uncle Sam when he was released from prison. Apparently the ploy worked quite well as Carlos is back in business with his wife working the Bahamas with impunity, as former Bahamian officials suggested a few years back. Looking back, I regret that I did not spend more time hanging out with Scotty as I surely would have been able to glean enough about Nick the “Drug Tsar of Florida” to warrant his own Chapter. One day I hope to interview P.I. Gary Mc Daniels of Florida who also had clients mixed up with Nick Navarro and hopefully Erling can safely tell the story of Vic Simone’s murder from Norway or another safe haven.

One last interesting thing about Nick… When Ted Shackley the old CIA station chief of Miami married Leona Ochoa, the sister of Colombia’s most famous drug smuggling brothers, Nick and Jeb Bush were two of only three Americans invited to the wedding. The third was Felix Rodriguez (aka Max Gomez) another CIA colleague from Miami who had late night visits with my friend George Morales at MCC Miami related to his upcoming Contra testimony before Senator Kerry. Hmmm. Remember this little anecdote when you soon read about Jeb’s Venezuela exploits and meetings in Panama at Morgan & Morgan.

Oh, by the way, remember Juan Alme
ida the Cuban who bought the Russian submarine? He will soon be released on parole from federal prison. Apparently some of his bar conversations were overheard by the wrong people and the feds were soon all over Juan like flies on shit. But his daring submarine journey soon started a new smuggling trend as over 30 semi-submersibles and other submarines has successfully been used since Juan’s bust back in 1997 http://articles.latimes.com/1998/jun/21/news/mn-62197. But Carlos Lehder and others who work for Uncle Sam do not need such elaborate and expensive technology. They can simply land at any military base or remote country-side airport, or at Fort Lauderdale Executive airport, or continue t use the old deep-sea excursion boats as fronts without any interference. These days Nelson’s people do not fear detection by the federal agents with guns and search warrants, but by citizens and investigative reporters armed with cameras. UNQUOTE

I found another chapter of the same book leaked 2 years ago here below at this link and it is one of two chapters written about a government front company called American Financial Group. There is also a chapter about Hillary, Bill, and the Clinton Foundation, but I have never seen that Chapter. https://persecutingwhistleblowerswit...esses-present/

There were 5 chapters that were leaked online but the two that were specifically about Jeb Bush, Terry Nelson, and Florida banks have vanished from the internet.

    Here is another one http://www.scam.com/entry.php?3589-S...Clinton-Crimes

Also a user at an international law blog said he posted a link to another chapter about torture of U.S. citizens and political prisoners but all I can find now is these old links

Also the Italian guy "Nic;o" has been silent for over 6 months and all of his posts at worldlawdirect.com have been deleted. I went there to send him a PM and got an error message that now there is supposedly "no user by that name"! I wonder if Nico is still alive.
